We have been in the industry since 1946. We pride ourselves in treating our customers and our staff fairly. Description of Work: Wanted bath fixtures and tub drain changed. It turned out that the fixtures I obtained would not fit, Too bad. | |The tub drain was changed. | |Deal had $100 towards repairs. No repairs were done, other than replace the tub drain, but I was charged $26 on top of the original purchase. I paid because work was done, but it seemed to me that the charge should have been covered. | |Clarification of this "deal" needs to be up front. What is "$100 Credit Toward Repairs" actually mean?
