They come out twice a year, once in summer and then in spring. They are just very thorough. We've been using them for over twenty years now. They installed the original equipment for us. They are very reliable.

They were recommended to me by my electrician to repair a furnace that wasn?t working and it was relatively new. So they came right away even though there was a snowstorm at that time. They then found that one of the parts of the furnace which was under warranty had to be bought from North Carolina. So they actually brought it to my house during the snowstorm. I had to pay only the visit fee. I think that their prices are very reasonable and I would use their services in the future too.

The entire experience including the initial maintenance call, getting an estimate to replace my furnace, and the actual installation of a new Trane furnace and heat pump was done very professionally. Foster's was price competitive, prompt, and did an excellent job on the install and start-up of my system. I could not have been more pleased and would recommend them without reservation to anyone needing furnace repairs or replacement.

They came out the same day I had called them. I liked them so much I have contracted them to do the maintenance on the unit. They did explain what they were doing and they also gave detailed options. The serviceman also offered me tips to save money.

The receptionist took my information and promptly scheduled my job for the next business day. Two employees arrived and made the necessary repair in less than twenty minutes. I "believe" that I was told that there was a $80.00 minimum charge for this work, but that's the cost for coming to the door. So buyer beware, the cost of ignorance on my part is quite high. Perhaps I should have hung around the Lowes store and just negotiated an apprentice after hours.

My old sink was just simply old. Foster Plumbing & Heating came out to remove the old sink and he didn't have to replace any pipes or anything like that. It only took him about two hour's total, so he was pretty good. The job went well. I had a service contract with them to service my heating and air and they did good by me on that end too.
