Foster's work was outstanding per usual. This is the third time I have used them. First time was for a plumbing issue with my water filtration system and second time they replaced my 15 year old AC unit on my roof. They found a leak at my meter that I had the City repair and now my water bill is half of what it used to be. Highly recommend. They are quick, efficient, and customer service is excellent. They gave me a discount for using them again.

I’ve used them a number of times, including a new installation of an HVAC system. They have always been very professional and responsive.

Foster's is a top tier organization. Professional--punctual--and an organization that explains everything asked in understandable terms. As a result of their service on our AC system, I signed up for their yearly service plan so the heating system would be check in the fall. Both services were outstanding and i will continue to use them always.

On the first visit, the work wasn't done well/correctly (leaking supply line and improperly sealed sewer line). But, I want to mention that the worker who did this work was very pleasant and polite. After sending a message about the problematic work through Angie's List, Jeff Foster promptly responded, answered my questions on the work that had been done, and had scheduling call to make an appointment for someone else to come out the next day. Paul arrived on-time, looked at what was needed, and easily capped the fresh water supply line that had been leaking. The sealing of the sewer line was a bit more of a tricky situation, as our old house had an odd-sized sewer pipe. But he drove all over town to find an appropriate plug, made the needed modifications to make it fit as well as it could possibly fit, and then caulked around it to keep the sewer gas from leaking inside the house. He was polite and knowledgeable, and really made me feel at ease that he knew what needed to be done. While the start of this - my first experience with Foster Plumbing - got off to a rocky start, I am very happy with the resolution to my issue and promptness in response. I'll definitely be calling Foster for help with any future plumbing needs (hopefully not too soon, though!).

We love this company. Responsive and reasonable. Paul even discovered that our water lines had been run in a way that it bypassed our water softener. We had 3 quotes and this was by far the cheapest. Very happy and will call again.

John did an excellent job installing the tub and shower kit. It works great!

He attempted to clear bathroom sink drain, but was unable to get it cleared. The sink drains slower now than before the work was done. He suggested that I call another company that could jet the drain. I requested the parts in the tank of toilet be replaced. He replaced the flapper and lowered the level of water. Now we sometimes need to flush the toilet twice, we did not need to do that before he lowered the water level.

Satisfied with the work. Technician arrived when he said he would and explained the service he was going to provide. The company responds to email requests promptly and I appreciate that. I will continue to call this company for my future plumbing needs.

I find it very upsetting to learn that while I paid $39 to have Foster Plumbing come to my house for a plumbing consultation, I learned the cost of the visit was $126. I would still owe $26 before anything was ever done. When I asked what about the $39 I already paid, I was told than went to Angie's list! In addition, I have a fairly new Ryan home that has the Foster Plumbing logo on my thermostat. I have no idea if they had anything to do with the toilets in the house, but about a year ago I learned one of the bolts was never put installed which is what caused the toilet to rock. I was hoping to get this fixed, and will, but by someone else!!!! Very disappointed in the way I was mislead by both Angie's List and Foster Plumbing!

Very friendly. It was a quick fix. Remembered me from a previous repair job. No cost beyond the fee paid to Angiies List.

It went well. The plumber said the stain was from an old leak, and he did not try to sell us any other service. For $35 the provided us piece of mind. I'll definitely use them again.

All went well. The company contacted me promptly to schedule service soon after i completed my purchase. On the scheduled day of service I received a call from the technician who gave me his estimated time of arrival. Once he arrived he was pleasant, friendly and professional. He fixed the toilet and reviewed my plumbing components within the house. He took time to explain what he was doing which I appreciated.

I called Foster for an estimate on a new hot water heater - both tank and tankless estimates, as I had not yet decided between the two. They were very professional on the phone, and were punctual and courteous when they arrived at my home. The service provider seemed knowledgeable, and he was upfront with me about potential contingencies/added expenses which I really appreciated. Overall the pricing was very fair, the service was professional and on time, and although I chose to go with another provider, I'd definitely call them in the future based on my experience.

Wonderful work - could not be happier. Jerry and Doug and third person (forgot his name) found the old plumbing and rather than rips it out from the walls, did almost everything from the ceiling in the basement and 1st floor ceiling. Extremely neat, cleaned up each day - found just where to cut the ceiling and walls. Very reasonable price. Super smart guys and very easy to work with. The work took a little longer than initially planned as there was some vacation time involved. If you have old plumbing or any pluming that has to be replaced (they all can fail - even copper and CPVC), Foster is the one to call. I would hire them again in a heart beat and will for any plumbing and HVAC work.

The service provided came on time. The only appointment that was guaranteed as far as the time went was their first one in the morning - at 7:30 am, which I took. The young man who came was extremely polite (Jeff?). Once the work was completed, which included replacing some pieces within the tank, and replacing the seal. The pieces in the tank were included in the "deal." The seal wasn't included in the Angie special but since they were already here, I didn't have an extra charge for coming to my home. I got a reasonable estimate for the additional work. I decided following this visit that I would no need to replace the toilet. That was something I had been considering, but this was by far a better alternative. He also took a quick look to see why I wasn't getting any hot water in my washer. Since it was a more complicated problem I will call Foster sometime in the future to address it. I highly recommend this company. As a matter of fact, when speaking about the experience this morning to a friend, I already gave out their name and phone number and will continue to do so in the future. A great experience!.

It went great! John - the Master Plumber who came to our home - was great! He was professional, very knowledgable, and quite personable. John answered all of our questions and provided us with valuable information... gave us a better understanding of what makes our toilets "tick"! Everything checked-out, and we didn't need any additional parts, etc. When we have plumbing issues in the future, we will call Foster Plumbing and Heating AND request that John be the plumber sent to our home.

We hired another plumber for much less. Too bad for the plumber because we are in the process of re-modeling two bathrooms and will be needing a plumber again.

At first I showed him what needed to be done, and he said he'd never seen one of these devices. He said he couldn't install it because the plumbing was made of CPVC, but in the crawlspace it's made of copper. I took him to the crawlspace, but he wouldn't come in there. So I climbed in and showed him. He said he could do it,
