Service was excellent. Inspection was thorough. While the two technicians from Foster were onsite I asked them to address two toilets that were loose and poorly installed. They quoted me a flat rate to address the issues and then worked diligently to correct errors introduced by a previous owner. Very pleased with the overall experience and attention to detail that the crew exhibited.

Put in an $8 part in about 15 minutes. Offer did not match the advertised deal. Angie's list follow up was not exceptional either.

The appointment, unlike so many other Angie's List deals, was easy to schedule. I was notified when the technicians were on their way. They arrived on time, went right to work. I had several questions since this was my daughter's house and they were patience and offered several possible solutions. I did have to call them back because one of the commodes was periodically flushing on its own after their visit. Foster sent them back two days later and the problem was resolved. The technician apologized for something he failed to do that resulted in the problem. Made the adjustment and left..

The sink faucet was not working properly. The plumber discovered that there was some debris inside and was able to remove the debris and get the faucet to work again. Very informative and helpful plumber. I would use this company again.

Foster's Plumbing is a great company. I've used them 3 times and they've always been prompt and very helpful.

The plumber & his helper arrived on time, were friendly & professional. Work was completed promptly & he even put away the items I had removed from under my sink to clear his work area!

Inspection was thorough. Explained the various trouble spots that could occur. Gave both a clean bill of health. Even removed shoes upon entering house. Foster has done work for me before including entire HVAC replacement 5 years ago. Always satisfied with their responsiveness and work quality.

It went fine. We had another situation but the plumber didn't have a snake with them so he couldn't fix it. It's fixed now by another plumber. Foster only fixed the initial thing. They did not fix the other clogged up toilet. Somebody else fixed it for us. They did the job on replacing the valve but on not being able to fix the other toilet, I had to take some points for that.

The process went exceptionally well. The guys did a fantastic job. They were extremely professional and customer conscious. They performed a full flush and inspection of the systems, which was clearly needed because my hot water is working more efficiently now. They cleaned up all debris and recovered my HW heater.

Ordered the part. Called when it arrived and within a day it was installed.

I was told all pipes were in good condition but a leak was found the next day. He was very helpful and professional. He did extra work without charging extra.

The service went well. I think one of the times I used them, it went very well. The second time I used them, I do not think I would be calling them back after their promotional of $39 for $100 service to repair a faucet. Just to repair a faucet, they wanted to charge me like up to over $200. I told them that it was not okay. I thanked them for coming out and said goodbye. I was planning on calling on Foster to see their hourly rate was after the promotional and then go from there, but I will probably end up checking a couple of places as well also. The $39 was like we were going to get to the door and then gotcha. I did not use them on the second visit because they wanted me to churn in some dollars just to rebuild a $10 cartridge in the faucet. Their customer service was fantastic. They were very prompt. The technician at that time immediately when he said to me it was going to be two hundred and some dollars, he did say immediately where that rest and told me that he could do it for $40 cash and come back on Saturday. The actual plumber that came out, I would give his professionalism an F for integrity for his company. I would possibly use them again, but I would be savvier.

My experience with Foster Plumbing went extremely well. Their customer service was very helpful. The technician was polite, prompt, and professional. He did fantastic work. I have found my new plumbing company. Paul was my technician and I could not have been more pleased with him. He was courteous and I thought his work was top notch!

As always, a professional job by a professional organization; I am a repeat customer and intend to continue working with Fosters for my future plumbing needs. For this job, I needed my old large farmhouse kitchen sink reinstalled after new counter-tops were delivered, and I wanted to have a new garbage disposal added. I coordinated with the admin personnel for exactly when I wanted my appointment - modified only after discussing the (accurate) required length of time it would take for my job. The technician (one we've worked with in the past) was prompt, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about his craft. Based on our previous consultation, I purchased the garbage disposal I wanted and had it (and the special switch I wanted) ready for installation when he arrived. He consistently managed my expectations -- what would be performed, what he couldn't do (electrical), how long it would take, and how much it would vary from the estimate given. He demonstrated technical aspects, and answered all my questions. He was spot on for everything. He cleaned up the workspace and left it looking as if nothing had ever been disturbed. Thanks, Fosters! I'll be back for more help later.

Technician was on time, professional and friendly. He explained options, what was needed to complete the job and proceeded to do so. Foster's is the first name that comes to mind when I think about my (others) plumbing needs.

Technicians did not call 30 mins.before arriving.Job was completed in about 20 mins.The price was to much for such a small and easy job.I purchased the 100.00 dollar service for 19.00 dollars.I feel like I was overcharged.Would never use this company again.
