I felt they were a little bit expensive. I had to pay a little bit more. I asked them to fix the shower head and he said the cost would be like $600. The quality of the work was good.

The service technician arrived within an hour of my calling for service. After examining the problem, the service technician provided a cost estimate for parts and labor, to which I agreed. He replaced the fill valve and flapper efficiently and quickly. I am very pleased with service and how quickly it was done. Highly recommended.

Tim was extremely nice and professional. We did not have an immediate water problem, but more of a slow water leak that we wanted assessed before renovating the bathroom. He listened and asked questions, explained that the plumbing was working fine but pointed out the issues that were causing water to leak behind the tub and ultimately down to our kitchen ceiling. While he was explaining, he was showing me exactly what he was looking at and where the problem was. He also pointed out a moisture issue in a connecting bathroom and recommended what to do to resolve it. Before leaving, he actually called into his office and then gave me the name and number of 2 contractors to assists us with our renovation. Tim could not have been more helpful. I will definitely use Foster Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

They responded to my message really quickly and had a plumber out to my house the same day. He showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly and professionally.

The arrived on time, assessed my needs, gave me an estimate, performed the work in a reasonable time frame, did quality work, cleaned up, provided the bill and were on their way in about 3 hours. Great work!

Contacted Foster through Angie's List. They were very responsive and sent someone out to my residence the same day we spoke. Technicians fixed garbage disposal immediately, inspected leaking sink and quickly knew how to fix it. They were at the residence for no more than 30 mins. I'd recommend them and plan to use them again!

Tech responded on time and was professional...took about 20 minutes. No issues. He didn't say anything about the condition of the hot water heater until I asked him how it looked regarding built up sediment. This was bought as part of a deal on A.L.

I have had Foster's plumbers do work on several occasions. They are very well qualified and I will definitely hire them again. This time they rebuilt the kitchen faucet with some parts that had been provided by the manufacturer of the faucet. Foster's does excellent work and their employees are friendly and helpful.

Service was excellent - called to confirm appointment that morning, was on time, friendly service, explained the fix as he was going, and was very respectful.

The big deal turned out pretty well. He had to go buy some supplies, and I didn't go and look, but I was trying to figure out how $50 of supplies translated to 1 ring and some bolts. I got the feeling that he bought bulk for the company, and I ended up paying for it. I never contacted Foster about it. I told him when I would be home, and they called right away. We had it scheduled pretty quick, and it was a big deal so you have to stay home so you are there when they show up. They got up pretty early in the morning. It was pretty quick, and there wasn't any lag. It took longer because the reason the toilet was rocking was because the flange was put right above the edge of the lip so he had to take that out, and he went and bought another flange and he had to go and buy some bolts and stuff. I meant to go to Fergusson and find out how much it cost because it seemed a bit pricey $50 for a flange and a bolt. He did a really good and professional job cutting the molding and trimming it up nicely so it looked professional. I felt like I was overcharged for the parts. I would recommend them. They don't give you a fixed time when they will be there, they say they will be there probably because it was a special. He was professional.

Wow! Great, fast, super-thorough, easy-to-work-with team! Saved us at least $5000: we'd been told we need to replace a shower, but Foster identified source of leak as degraded putty around the drain; talk about a money saver! Also told us how to get a free replacement faucet. We used the Angie's List special, and came out way ahead after the discount. They're also digitally-enabled (email receipt while they're here); haven't seen that before with traditional plumbers. Very efficient; well worth the cost.

I was contacted by the main office, scheduled my appointment and had the service completed. Tim arrived on time, gave me a quote, completed the service and was wonderful. Pleasant, punctual, reasonably priced and efficient. What more can you ask for. I will be using Foster's and preferably Tim for my future plumbing needs.

I called about what I thought was a leaky sink valve, but it turned out it was simply an easily-fixed loose nut that merely required a turn of the wrench. So he then checked all the valves in the house, and spent about an hour here. I have used Foster's on several occasions. The regular rate is approx $135 for visit, but if work is done, that fee is credited on the final bill.

Very professional all the way around. Called 30 minutes prior to coming. Introduced himself. Verified what the specific issue was and once complete had me review as he told me what he had done to take care of the issue. I will definitely have them on speed dial for plumbing issues and more.

We had a clog we could not budge with the usual methods. The plumber came and used some powerful tools. It would have cost a lot more to pay full price!

The floor wasn't level, so they had to work hard to get the toilet set properly. They persisted and worked very hard to get the job done.

I had a backup in my downstairs toilet that was coming back up through the shower in that same bathroom. I contacted Foster Plumbing with this information to arrange to have someone come out to take care of the issue. When the plumbers showed up, it seemed as if they thought they were there for a much simpler job. After describing the issue to them, they told me they didn't have to tools to take care of my problem. None the less, they gave it a try with the equipment they did bring, but after an hour they gave up and said I needed to contact the office and arrange for another team to come out to work on it. I would have thought that they could have taken care of that for me since I had just come home from work for nothing, but I had to make the arrangements...."again". I called the office, arranged for "Squad #2" to come out and work on my issue. As soon as they arrived it was clear that "Squad #1" didn't relay their findings or the office didn't fill them in, because the second I described the problem to "Squad #2" they said they couldn't fix the toilet either. What kind of plumbing business can't blow out a clogged pipe? And why didn't the second group of guys know what they were going to fix? The only useful thing Fosters provided was the phone number of a company that "could" fix my problem and I didn't have to wait 2 weeks to get it done. As a matter of fact, I called the guy and he was there an hour later. It only took him 20 minutes to fix my issue and didn't charge me an "arm and a leg". I'm a contractor, so when I have to take off work, that costs me money. It seems ridiculous that I had to take off two days to get a problem fixed that should have only taken 20 minutes. I'm not impressed with Fosters at all. As a matter of fact, once I got the toilet unclogged and everything cleaned up in the bathroom, I found that the tool that "Squad #1" used on my toilet damaged the white coating on the inside of my toilet. I tried to contact Foster's manager, but got put on hold both times I called, so I just gave up. "Aren't you glad you asked me how my experience was?"
