Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $55 Water Heater Drain, Flush, and In-Depth Plumbing Inspection. That turned out okay. He was really nice and did the job that he was supposed to do. When I went through what he did, everything worked, but then unfortunately a month later the same issues came back. They also followed up and sent me a card the other week thanking me for letting them do the service and I really appreciated that.

Description of Work: We purchased The Big Deal for getting our water heater drained & flushed. They completed the work as contracted. Additionally, they inspected and fixed a leak we had under our kitchen sink. Lastly, they reviewed a potential bathtub project.

Description of Work: Gentleman was very friendly, showed up on time, was very willing to answer questions and give me suggestions. Checked all toilets, faucets, tubs & showers, garburator, water heater (in addition to draining the water heater). He was very thorough & told me what to watch for and what kinds of things may indicate problems in the future. I was very happy with the service provided & would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a faucet replacement. The Friday prior to the installation, I spoke with Jeff Foster and ordered a replacement faucet through him over email. On Wednesday, when the plumbers arrived, they did not have the faucet I had ordered. However, the plumbers quickly got to work fixing my existing faucet, and going above and beyond what was expected to resolve a related issue. Because of the faucet mix-up, I was provided this service at no extra charge. The existing faucet now works perfectly and I am very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you!

Description of Work: They came in and told me that I needed a filter. I had to leave because they were late. They left no receipt and hopefully they did the work. No notes or anything to tell me what was wrong if anything.

Description of Work: Replaced old thermostat with new Honeywell digital, programmable, thermostateInstalled . We were so impressed with all aspects of their work that we had them perform a complete AC maintenance check and we will have them return to do the same for oury gas backup furnace (we have a two stage (natural gas backup heating system)) in the fall. Th most professional service company we've ever dealt with!

Description of Work: Purchased a thermostat from an online Angies List Special/ad. Called them to have this installed and everyone that I dealt with was very polite and set up a date right away. They promised to call about 30 minutes prior to arriving and this is exactly what they did. The tech was on time and performed his job in a timely manner. He explained how the new thermostat worked and made sure I understood. I would definitely use them again.
