At that first visit, I decided immediately to sign up for a Plus Service Maintenance agreement. In subsequent visits (twice a year), the service technicians have been very professional, thorough, and friendly. At one of the visits, the service technician noted that the cooling coils needed to replaced. It was suggested and I agreed to replace both the furnace and air conditioner. Which as done at a fair price.

Arrived home yesterday evening and AC was out on upper floor. Used Angie's List to find AC Repair and found Service Experts. Good pick because one of their technicians was in the next neighborhood. I made the appointment with their customer service and the technician was able to come over within 15 min of my call. He stepped in and immediately put on the blue booties to keep from getting the carpet dirty (we like that around our house - take our shoes off when we come in). Within 30 minutes, he had the problem pinpointed and gave us an estimate on repair. We were willing to pay what we needed to in order to have AC that night if repairs were possible and the price was very reasonable. Repairs were made and several suggestions regarding the age, maintenance and issues with our current system. With the air temperature topping out at 83F last night, by this morning we had a cool 70F on the upper floor. NICE! We were so impressed with the professionalism, price and quick response that we would like to do business with this company again. We are looking to replace a unit next year and will certainly entertain any proposal they can show us.

Technician was very efficient and knowledgeable. He performed the tune up very efficiently.

Service man (very young) did a nice detailed, complete job that took more time than he (company) had expected, but I was told they do allow for that. He stirred up a lot of latent dust and dirt, which is to be expected, but the furnace filter a couple days after required immediate cleaning being completely clogged. I regularly use this company to perform my twice a year furnace/AC maintenance plus a number of other minor/major jobs, even also plumbing

Even though the service I hired them for was for a simple tune-up, I ended up having them replace my 20-year old equipment with a new A/C and gas furnace. I want to state that a t no time did I feel they were pressuring me to do so. They were extremely professional and the primary salesman -- who used to own the company -- was one of the best, most knowledgeable, salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He really knew his stuff, and made very sure that i completely understood every aspect of the trasnaction. He also wrote down exactly how I was to get an energy tax rebate on the installation.

As winter approached I was concerned about my heater. Therefore, I hired this company to come to my home and inspect and service my heater. The service person arrived on time and provided a thorough assessment of the heater.

It went very well. It was a great first time experience with them. They were very neat, clean and polite.

Sales rep was timely and professional. System price quoted was not competitive to other systems with similiar specifications and warranty.

Company lost the check and we had to send another check. Had to stop payment on the original check causing a problem. The sink continued to leak and we had to hire another plumber to correct the problem. We would never recommend Service Experts to anyone. John Hewlett

The job was completed but the price was too high. Check out the price and background prior to hiring a plumber.

My system is 17 years old so I purchased a one year contract because I was so satisfied with the visit.

We cannot recommend Service Experts. We paid for the 'quality' Lennox unit they sold and we paid for them to service it the whole time until it was replaced...it wore out in 8 years, five years earlier that we were led to believe it would last....to buy another unit from them and pay for them to service it and expect a different outcome....that's insanity....we went elsewhere. Good Luck if you go with Service Experts...you're the buyer.....Beware!!!!!

I have had them do work for me for 20 years. They are punctual to the extent that HVAC people can be in the middle of the winter. They are generally on time and sometimes even early. They do quality work. I have never been sold anything that I didn?t need. They are reliable and the technicians are personable and dependable. They are a big organization, but they are always professional. Their price is competitive.

They have been wonderful. They are extremely dependable when we call them. They usually get right back to us. We have a maintenance agreement with them. We have used them for years and years and we've never had a problem with them. They are excellent and we can't say enough about them. We would recommend them to anybody. Their price is fairly reasonable. They even helped out our daughter when her furnace went out.

I have asked Service Experts for a re-fund & they refused.

I had to have a new faucet which was a special order. The fixture seems unnecessarily difficult to regulate the water. I would use them again but i would be more specific as in to how I wanted the work completed.

They were very polite when I called to make the appointment. They came when they said they would. My air conditioning is working much better now.

I needed my kitchen sink faucet replaced. The plumber sold me a faucet and installed it for me for $400 dollars. The whole process took about 30 minutes. I saw the same faucets in Lowe's for under $100 dollars! They did good work but at those rates I would expect either a high end faucet or other work to have been done.

One word: poorly. First issue: The technician that came out immediately looked at my system and said it was decrepit and needed to be replaced as the parts needed to fix it were not available. Turns out (based on another contractor coming out) the parts were available he was just too lazy, not knowledgable enough, or looking to make the company more money to check. Second issue: They came out later that day to give us a quote. Their price (approximately $6,800 for a Lennox system) was over $3000 more expensive than the Trane system we ultimately ended up getting from another contractor. When I called the manager/owner Mark Weaver to inquire about the huge price difference he was arrogant and condescending particularly towards the other companies we got quotes from. He stated that, 'We choose not to compete with those other companies and feel we offer more for the price.' The extra $3,000 they charge however is simply not worth it. They are a huge waste of time and money.

I have had Eveready work for me for about 35 years now. They have always done a wonderful job and I have never had any problems with my heat or air. I would recommend them to anyone. I am cool in the summer and warm in the winter and that is the way I like it.

I called this person to have them do the work on a Friday and they had the unit installed by Monday. This was very good because it was very hot when my unit broke down. I thought the price was very reasonable. The unit has been working great since it was installed.

Every time weve moved, we have taken them with us and continued to use them. They have always provided excellent service and we are real happy with them. The new unit works great and they let us know that the old one was needing replaced as they are the ones who serviced it for years. They are very easy to reach and came right on time.

Eveready Service Experts did a good job removing the old water heater and getting the new one in. He spent about a half a day on the project and there were no problems with it since. They are a good trustworthy outfit that you could depend on for quality work.

I have used this plumber for years and have never been unhappy with his work. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I usually get service promptly and on time. The charges have always been reasonable.

Service Experts do a wonderful job of making sure my heating and air conditioning units are working properly. They are here two times a year for this maintenance. I have a contract for about $160 to cover all services. I am very please with their service and I have been using them for years. They are friendly and on time as scheduled for the services. I would recommend them to others.
