We had new siding installed on whole house. Elmanâ s was fast, professional, excellent workmanship with extremely friendly and courteous customer service. Owner came to inspect work being done and stayed on top of the whole process. Will hire again for future projects.

Elman and his crew are top of the class! They worked so hard everyday and had a great eye for attention to detail. They installed new windows, new siding and replaced our exterior insulation. Elman goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. An example- our AC went out and we had thought it had something to do with his work (it did not). He came out on a Sunday evening with his electrician to figure out that it was a breaker issue. He went above and beyond. The finished look of our home was exactly what we discussed with him. If you are looking for a quality job, fair pricing, and great customer service then you should hire Elman's Contractors!!

Elman and his crew did an amazing job renovating the exterior of our home. We initially were planning to replace our roof. However, when Elman came to give us a quote we discussed what it would cost to do the entire exterior (windows, siding, trim, gutters with gutter guards, and vinyl handrail and ceiling for our aging wood porch). Elman came in at a price nearly 50% under many of the large companies we got quotes from the year before! We decided to have them do the entire house and the results are beyond our expectations! Elman did our roof at the beginning of the pandemic and was very considerate of social distancing and respecting our concerns about keeping human interaction to a minimum. When it came to the design and style selections, Elman offers an amazing variety. He was knowledgeable in products he offers and was able to help us renovate our home while maintaining it's distinct Williamsburg colonial style. As a realtor, I know that we've added a huge amount of value to our home, not to mention our own piece of mind knowing all the old rotting wood siding and windows are a thing of the past. I have already recommended Elman to family and friends and will continue to do so with my real estate clients!

I would rate Elman and his company 10 stars if I could. I dealt with Elman directly for the most part but on those rare occasions when I had a question for his crew, they were always accommodating and very polite. They cleaned up the work area at the end of every work day and seemed proud of their work. After the work had begun, Elman and I would stumble upon a couple of issues that also needed repairs, over the course of 2-3 days. He gladly added these to the workload with a minimal up charge - a huge plus for me. As for Elman himself, he was always kind, considerate and very professional. Text messages and phone calls were always answered promptly. If not mentioned in his company profile, Elman is a class A contractor... not only in licensing but in his overall character, ethic and professionalism. Whenever I have other projects, Elman will be the only one I call.

Elman's Contractors, Inc. did an impeccable job with my home project! I had vinyl siding installed & my house went from the ugliest house on the block to one of the most beautiful houses on the block!!! He gave me a time frame & the job was done within that time frame, his workers never slacked & made sure the job site was cleaned up every day when they finished.
