Elmans is excellent for quality, price, and ease in getting the job done. I chose the top Consumer Reports siding, and Elman gave me a great price as well as a high quality installation. They did a great job replacing rotten wood before the Siding install. This family owned business works extremely well as a team, from the front office to crew leaders to the very skilled diligent install team. They paid attention to details and were very responsive to my requests for minor changes. I had windows and gutters installed as well, and they put them all together for a quality finished product. Very Highly recommended!

Absolutely exceptional work and communication from the start quote to project finish. They were early for every single meeting/project timeline and offered the most reasonable quote out of 5 different companies. Wish I could give them I have recommended them to everyone I know- they are already hired at my house for ANY project that comes up within their wheelhouse. The secretary, Daniella, was helpful and very competent. The workers were kind and professional and their work is beautiful. They worked from morning to night until my job was completed. Elman Contractors was first class. Elman is the owner and he visited our home to seek what we wanted done, and made detailed notes, so that the team knew exactly what to do. The team worked tirelessly from 8am until dark every day until the work was completed. Elman came by periodically to view the work, and at the end to make sure we were well satisfied. We were! Materials were cleaned up, and our house looks great. Thank you to Elman and the team!

Discovered this co. from my wife's coworker who used them for her roof. They were/are OUTSTANDING. Pricing was 1/3 the cost of another contractor for the same shingles. Crew was on time, fast, and very professional. I will MOST CERTAINLY be using them again for near future projects.

Class Act! A True High-Quality Contractor As we embarked on an exterior renovation of our 44-year-old home that included new windows, siding, doors, gutters, and columns. We were nervous as this was surely going to be a large sum of money and a headache for a week or two. Prior to deciding on hiring Elmanâ s Contractors were got prices from 3 other companies which were $5-$8K higher in price then Elman. Also, the other contractors didnâ t listen to our needs so we decided to hire Elmanâ s Contractors. Great Decision! Elman setup an appointment to meet at his material distributor so we could see and choose the materials to be used on our home. Due to COVID-19 manufacturer shutdowns the materials delayed our project as we needed all items on-site for the renovation to begin. Elman had the sales representative from Alside Distributors keep us updated on the material status. As the start day arrived, Elman and his foreman â Shortyâ arrived with the crew to provide direction and get started with the demo and installation. Throughout the 5 days of the renovation everyone on the Elmanâ s Contractors crew treated my home as if it was theirs and did an outstanding job. We are so pleased with the outcome. Elman was very responsive to a small issue that needed to be adjusted after the work was complete. Elman and his crews were phenomenal to work with before, during, and after. We most definitely will recommend Elman to our friends and family.

They cleaned up every night, showed up on time every day - I can't say enough about the company. elman and his workers were fantastic. they did great work in a timely manner. all were very friendly; i already recommended them to my son; i love my new siding.they also did a deck extension which is fantastic also i whole heartedly recommend elmans contractors;

This is on a historic home in Church Hill, so it had to be as original. Elman worked with me and let me provide the cypress beveled siding. His team did a great job repairing insulation, adding a new layer of sheathing, tyvek and expertly installed the siding. His painter delivered a great paint job. We started a day late, but Elman kept me up to date all the time. He checked on the job every day and it could not have gone any smoother. Friendly and very crew, and good clean up every night.

The total job included whole house roof replacement, siding replacement and some window replacement. Elman's is the first contractor of many hired for repairs to this now 40 year old house who we'd call again. Comparing prices of several contractors, Elman's was the most reasonable for the scope of the work. Every good weather day, workman showed up at 8 am and didn't leave before 5 pm. Clean up of the materials was done every day before leaving. Unlike other contractors who arrive late or leave early to work on another job, they worked continuously until it was finished within the time frame given. On the last day, when Elman asked about problems, we couldn't think of any.

Elman is a no nonsense kind of guy who isn't going to come to your house in a suit and tie and try to give you a 90 minute sales pitch and then give you some random ridiculous price with out even looking at the project. He comes to your house with a tape measure and actually performs a legitimate estimate on the work you want done. Not only is the up front experience with him positive but, he has professional staff that know what they're doing. All the guys that came to my house were very courteous and professional. There needs to be more companies like this out there. I will be hiring him again soon for windows.

The workmen arrived as scheduled. Performed the required work and did not leave until the job was complete and entire area cleaned of all trash.

Elman Luna Contractors, LLC installed siding. on house, two sheds, and installed composite deck with vinyl railings. Elman Luna and staff was very professional, friendly, and on time. Mr. Luna take pride in his quality of services. His prices are reasonable and affordable compared to industry competitors. My neighbors have complimented the work performed on my home.
