Elman came out himself. Very honest about his assessment of the roof. Would not guarantee a repair would last and recommended full replacement. Price was great, the workers were prompt, efficient, friendly and cleaned up the site well. Elman was very flexible when I added in gutters and downspouts. Daniela was fabulous about keeping in communication! The roof, gutters and downspouts look amazing!

Very well. They did a great job on the siding. They were professional and courteous. They cleaned up the site and even made sure the Leaf Filters on the gutters were placed as they were before they took them down to do the siding.

I would recommend Elman's for any project you may need. We had replacement siding put on our house, old rotten deck boards replaced with TREX and our existing gazebo was screened in. His crew was very fast and friendly. They completed the whole job in only one week and came back one day to quickly fix some very minor details. The price was very reasonable and they did the work quickly and cleaned up daily

I had multiple decks to repair or rebuild. They came out and did all of the work in one day. They were fast and professional. I could not recommend them any higher

From the estimate to the contract to the completion of the work, everything was detailed and professional. The work was completed quickly with care given to cleaning up the site. The installation was made more difficult because of an unexpected delay in the pruning of trees. The crew was able to work around the challenges. My home looks wonderful. I am requesting a bid from Elman's for another project.

Excellent work at a very fair price. The crew was the hardest working I have ever seen. I went with the contractor not only for the value but also since the owner came out to give me the estimate versus a sales representative; as well, he has his own crew instead of contracting it out so he has a vested interest in the results & customer satisfaction. Daniela from the office kept in excellent communication with me throughout. I would definitely recommend Elman's & would utilize them again in the future.

Our experience: 1) Took us nearly a month just to get any information on payment options because we were told there were "zero interest" options. When we finally heard back they said "oh, there's a finance charge for zero interest" 2) Pushed back the start date by nearly two weeks. When they finally showed up, they just hung out in our driveway for an entire afternoon and said "we'll start tomorrow" 3) Their crews are small and slow. Took a week to finish the siding for a one bedroom, 1100 square foot house. I'd guess it would take 2-3 weeks for a regular sizes home where most crews complete jobs for our sized home in 2 days, tops. 4) Didn't order enough product and had to come back two weeks later to finish it. Didn't cover the unfinished area and it rained a ton -- now hiring a company to come and inspect the work since it definitely will have moisture issues 5) Left a giant dumpster in our driveway for almost two weeks after the main job and cleanup was finished, and for a week after they finally completed the last small part. I called the dumpster company who hadn't heard from them, they were just lazy and irresponsible and left it there. Office manager refused to help me or provide any guidance on when a project would start, how long it would take, and when it would be completed. Barely speaks English so communication is very difficult. Claim to have been in business since 2004 but their site and reviews don't reflect that at all. Would not recommend as we were treated very poorly by these people despite spending $18,000 on siding for a 1100 sq ft house.

Elman and his team did an outstanding job in replacing all of the siding, trim, and gutters on our 30-year-old house, and it looks brand new. Their team is professional, attentive, and conscientious. The work was completed in a timely manner and billed as originally quoted. As a former painter, I had high expectations regarding the quality of work. We are thrilled with the completed job.
