They do very good work and they are fast and reasonably priced. They got a late start on my roofing project. I was told they were running late on other projects. I assume this is a good thing because they seem to be veryuch in dand because of their pricing and quality of work. If they had started my project on schedule, this would be a 5 star review. I would hire them again, but next time be prepared in case they are a little behind schedule. Overall, very good job.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Every employee I spoke with was amazing. My house looks 110% better! They were even able to accommodate last minute changes and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work. Thank you!

Elman's is hands down the best. Elman was the first of 3 other quotes. We knew immediately to go with Elman and we were not disappointed. We have over a 4000 square foot house so we thought it would be a minimum of 4 days to completion. We were wrong....they did it in 2 days! He sent a double team and they knocked it out fast. The workers and the work were done impeccably. Very courteous and careful with flower beds and surrounding areas. We couldn't believe how fast it went. They worked at least 9 hours each day. This included a dumpster and demo. His price is very fair. The attention to details were outstanding. Like new custom inserts for outside electrical boxes and mounts for outside lighting. We are over the moon with the quality of work they provided. We have gotten many compliments from our neighbors. We highly recommend him for any work he provides. My son is a contractor and was very impressed by Elman and his company. Thank you Elman and also to your team, the Gillis family

Except for the delay in getting the materials (I'm very sure this wasn't their fault), the job was done in 2 days. The guys on the job were great, respectful, cleaned up after themselves. I even saw them take down a section and then put it up again when the sides didn't match up. I called a couple of times wondering about the material and was greeted by a very competent person. I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent! Crew arrived, started working stopped for lunch and left late, but roof on house and carport were 95% done. Came back next day trimmed up a couple things and cleaned up really well. We are very happy with the roof and the gutters will complete the job. Well done!

The overall experience would have to be termed somewhat disappointing because while the overall quality of workmanship was good, there were a few parts were it was very shoddy such as the flashing around the chimney and drip edges. In fact, a shingle or two was puffy. This was immediately pointed out to Emmanuel when he came near the end of the installation (November 2021), but the crew could not fix it. Emmanuel stated that something underneath the shingle was causing it to lay uneven, but that was not the case with the original roof which was pretty much flat there and throughout. It makes little sense to offer a lifetime labor warranty if problems are not going to be fixed. This was quite disappointing because Emmanuel was overall very easy to work with, flexible to our needs, gave very detailed estimates, and even offered us a discount for removing two layers of the previous shingles. The point is if you pay around $5000, then it is fair to expect quality workmanship. Still, we reached out early July 2022 for a new estimate for sidings (and windows), but we did not get a response.

Elman and his crew are wonderful! This is the second time we used them, first for new siding and this time for a new roof. They are always a pleasure to work with and they take pride in their work. We have a large roof and they were finished in less than a week and it looks beautiful! We would highly recommend them.

Roofing installation, started slow then picked speed and intensity, completed in 3 days. Siding installation was as expected. Excellent work, neighbors gave positive reviews of completed project and the installation.

Elman's Contractors are very skilled, and performed excellent work at a very good price. Elman and his crew members were very easy to work with, friendly, and were available to answer questions or adapt to minor requests. They were very thorough to replace all the rotten wood, which I really appreciated. My house looks amazing! I upgraded to the best siding recommended by Consumer Reports, which is manufactured by the company Elmans' often uses. The windows were also good quality, and look better than some my neighbors had recently installed. The gutters and gutter guards were installed well too. I appreciate that they are a family business, which was very responsive. If you are considering siding, windows or gutters, Elmans' should be on the top of your list for excellent quality, great prices and ease of getting the job done. Very highly recommended!

Excellent! We still smile every time we pull in the driveway. It's like a new house on the outside! Elman and Emmanuel helped us select the improvements that needed top priority from our wish list. With their experience & expertise they were able to give us helpful feedback while making our selections. Elman's was able to take care of more than we expected with our budget. Everyone that worked on our home was friendly, professional, hard working and thorough. Shorty and Daniela were helpful keeping us updated and answering questions during the process. All around, they were an awesome group to work with and we will definitely call Elman's Contractors when we're ready to tackle our next project.
