We purchased a quartz countertop + install on 5/4/24. The install was to take place on 5/17. Measurements were taken of our existing counter and we picked out the quartz that we wanted. A few days before the install, an office worker called to ask if would be ok to shorten the overhang on our peninsula by 1/2 inch to make everything flow better. We said that would be fine. The original overhang was 2 inches, so, we assumed that we would have 1 1/2 inch overhang. On the 17th of May, the installed came and the trouble started. Issue #1: our overhang was only 1 inch (should be 1.5 inches) which is NOT what we wanted. Issue #2: the seam that was placed intersected the pattern on the quartz, leaving a VERY mismatched pattern. Issue #3: the overhang on the section near our oven was actually almost 2 inches!!! A 2 inch overhang near the oven and a 1 inch on the peninsula looked AWFUL!. Issue#4 : they install the peice near the oven crooked with a huge gap on the cabinets.

Last August ( 2021) We remodeled our kitchen with new Quartzite countertops. Celal, and Cindy worked with us and they were a pleasure. We went to the showroom/ warehouse a few times before finalizing our choice. Cindy set up our appointment for measuring the countertops. A very nice man came and used top of the line measuring tools to feed the measurements into his computer. The counters fit like a glove. The time till install was very reasonable. Two really nice installers ( cannot remember their names), did an excellent job. We are very pleased. They ripped out our existing tops and hauled them off for a very reasonable fee. For any future work of this type ( replacing my laundry room countertops and my bathroom countertops and even my jetted tub surround) we will definitely go with Eco Marble & Granite! Iâ ve even recommended to my daughter to contact them.

Virginia Beach Countertops recently installed a new countertop in our kitchen and we are very happy with the final product. We had thought about the project for some time, and after an email to them, the project proceeded quickly. Cindy was very helpful and accommodating in helping us make our final selection. Our house presented some challenges as the existing cabinets did not always meet squarely, and in several instances, they were not level to the degree stone countertops demanded. The installers, Diego and Claudio, worked diligently and smartly to arrive at sensible solutionsâ always taking the time to explain the process and asking for my input. We are contemplating a second countertop project in Richmond and will again go with Eco-Granite, and ask for Diego and Claudio to do the installation.

Zara was a delight to deal with. The process of deciding on the best granite was easy, i went with Zara's recommendation, she knows her stuff. The install went perfect and their price came in $500 under any other quote i got. Price and organization cannot be beat and the turnaround time was 2 weeks faster than all other companies i spoke with. Will definitely use again in the future at all our properties:)

My husband and I hired ECO Marble and Granite to remove an existing kitchen counter-top and install the new granite counter-top. We visited the showroom several times before finally deciding to hire ECO and made our selection. The first sign of trouble should have been when they "lost" our paperwork and had to create again. After the counter-top was installed, we started to notice issues. It started with one of the two seams having a significant gap. Then we noticed the free standing stove was sitting at an angle. Upon further inspection, the counter-top hangs over 1.5+ inches on one side and no overhang on the other side by the stove. Not only does this look awful, it has changed to measurement of the opening;therefore, not all "standard" stoves will fit. The standard opening is 30 inches and now our opening is slightly more than 28 inches. We have also realized the dishwasher was put back on an angle. Installers put in a bracket on the underside of the counter-top and secured the dishwasher with one side sitting out from the wall almost one inch more than the other side. I have contacted ECO Granite multiple times via email and phone. The initial response has been the gap is within industry standards and the measurement was completed to the existing appliances not measuring to the actual cabinets. After complaining multiple times ECO stated they will come out and onsite remove the overhang. I have asked them repeatedly to come out to view all the concerns to discuss the options. I am not comfortable with the only option of cutting the stone onsite nor do I have trust in this work will be done accurately. I am still waiting for this appointment to be made. The latest issue to arise is chips in the stone. I would not recommend anyone to use ECO Granite. We hired them to do a job based on their knowledge and expertise. They measured incorrectly which is their responsibility to do accurately and now refuse to take accountability. I guess they think I will simply stop reaching out and will go away since they have been paid.

Excellent product, price and installation.

Precision laser measurement and slabs cut to minimize seams and enhance the flow of the granite's natural pattern. Superior installation by top-notch installers. I would've given them 5-stars if only I'd been given a heads up to disconnect my electric range prior to installers' arrival as they'd advised about the plumbing. Entailed a mad scramble to get an electrician onsite during installation.

Installers were on time, quite and clean. They preformed a quality job. Can't say enough about how satisfied I am of the product, Would recommend them to my friends. It is rare in today's world to hire an unknown source and receive beautiful solution.

Had previously shopped home improvement stores. Time there was a waste of time. This family owned business was mentioned by a friend. They do only counter tops. After my initial visit to select the granite, the counters were placed within two weeks. A perfect job!! They made this home project a pleasure. Name: ONLY TOPS..

They were excellent. From the first contact Eco Stone was able to fulfill my needs better than any contractor in my immediate area (Charlottesville) none of whom had the granite type and color I wanted. Not only did Eco have an even better choice in stock (a light greengranite) but they were able to install my island top in a week, did a gorgoeus job including a custom design in the curve of the overhang that they worked with me to duplicate (perfectly) . Not only did they charge $200 less than any other quite, but they offered to finish the edge of the cut-out for my cooktop so that I can make a matching table out of it... at no cost.
