they did a great job on the granite countertops, were very reasonably priced, quick installation and fabrication, and a top quality job. In addition, we didn't have one of our cabinets in yet, but they will return to install that. Great job, and would recommend to anyone.

TANER, THE SOLE DISAPPOINTMENT I HAVE IS THAT YOUR ONSITE INSTALLER FAILED TO FOLLOW THE PRECISE DIRECTIONS GIVEN BY LARRY WHITBY OF WHERE TO DRILL THE HOLE FOR THE FAUCET. AS SUCH, THE NEW FAUCET HANDLE HITS THE BACK OF THE 6" BACKSPLASH AND FURTHER THE SPIGOT DOES NOT HIT IN THE CENTER HOLE OF THE SINK. I HAD SPEC'D THIS OUT TO BOTH ECO GRANITE AND TO LARRY WHITBY. ONCE THE HOLE WAS DRILLED THERE WAS NO CORRECTION. AND WHEN I PAID FOR THE COUNTER TOP THE FAUCET HAD NOT GONE IN YET AND I HAD NOT HEARD FROM LARRY WHITBY. APPARENTLY, LARRY LEFT FOR 20 MINUTES TO RUN TO LOWE'S, TOLD YOUR INSTALLER EXACTLY WHERE THE HOLE WAS TO BE PLACED, AND DURING LARRY'S ABSENCE YOUR MAN DID NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. THEREFORE, IT WOULD BE IMPERATIVE FOR AN ONSITE SUPERVISOR TO BE PRESENT TO VALIDATE THAT THE HOLE FOR THE FAUCET IS CUT AT THE RIGHT LOCATION IS MY BELIEF FOR RECOMMENDING OTHER INSTALLATIONS.
