I was quoted a price for 5 hours of moving including a gun safe. I specifically told them how much the safe weighed and provided photos of the safe. I was then quoted a price to include the safe. When the movers arrived they were less than professional and upon viewing the safe immediately said that it would be $100 extra for the safe. Not sure why we would be charged $100 more when they were aware upfront and provided a price to include. Throughout the move they were not very customer friendly, refused to move things that were not in boxes, and even asked us to remove drawers from a dresser and refused to move the drawers and would only take the dresser. They move 4 other dressers of same size or larger with drawers in them that weighed more than the one in question. When we arrived at the new house, even though being told where to put things they put the majority of the upstairs items in one room versus where being told to. We asked them to move a washer and dryer downstairs before putting the ones we had upstairs and they (with attitudes) said that would be an extra $50. I paid for 5 hours of moving that they completed in 4 hours and 10 minutes and charged me extra for the safe and moving a washer and dryer. And, me and my son helped them with the safe because they could not handle it. If i paid for 5 hours of moving, it should not matter what you are moving. You should give me my 5 hours worth without extra charges. Completely unacceptable, and in my opinion, taking advantage of a situation because you have no other plan since you committed to them. Very poorly run business with bad customer service skills. Do not be fooled with there lower pricing, as you get what you pay for. Never again!!

Dante with easy lift Movers was a very friendly and hard-working individual. He was both professional and courteous. I will definitely be using his services for future moves.

I was told that certain things such as a two bed post would have to be broken down before they could move them. I was also told that the door hinges would have to come off the hinge in order to move my couch. They did not move those items but charged me the full price and also 10 extra for no reason. I asked two neighbors for help and they moved those items with no issue. I should’ve just stuck with the neighbors and saved hundreds of dollars.

Easy Lift Movers were great. They showed up 20 minutes early to our scheduled appointment and went right to work. The team took care of our furniture and belongs like it was their own. Everything was loaded and unloaded into our new apartment within 90 minutes. I highly recommend Easy Lift Movers and would hire them again!

I had a very mixed experience with this company. The workers were very polite and extremely quick with getting things moved. However they broke one of our desks and also dropped our Peloton treadmill. Neither incident was mentioned to us directly. I appreciate the positive parts, but would have like more transparency and integrity on the mistakes that were made. We were told our desk just needed more screws, but the leg was completely broken off the desk in a way it was not supposed to be.

Deonte and his partner did an excellent job moving me and my husband into our new home. They were fast, efficient, polite, and extremely professional. Even though they were fast, they were very careful when handling our items. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommended their services.
