+ -1 moreMy electrical bill increased two-and-a-half times over a two month period. So, I wrote to the C.E.O. of the company. I got somebody’s attention when you write to the top. They came out and they were very helpful. It was good. They did a good job. They looked at the meter and it worked out fine. There was nothing wrong with the meter. The problem was with the alarm system I installed. It was not set correctly. So, it was not handling the system correctly. It was not theirs to fix. The alarm company came out and they ultimately fix it, but I was stuck with the bill nonetheless.They did a wonderful job.
Description of Work: Dominion Virginia Power came down to check my power usage meter.

+ -1 moreThey do front end repairs and electrical repairs in my house. They also do outside repairs for my water line and sink. They have a service here and when I pay my light bill I pay $3 or $4 a month for plumbing. Whenever I have any plumbing needs I call them and within 24 hours they will send someone out to correct and they will solve the problem for me. If there has been $200 or $300 of plumbing need, I have pre-paid months ahead and there is no cost for me. I just pay a monthly fee. If it cost about $3,000 and I can get it done for about $1,500 so there is a big saving. For the service they did, I didn’t have to pay any money.
Description of Work: I used Dominion Virginia Power because I had to have an outside electrical receptacle put in. They also put a plate over it so that rain won’t go into it.
