Tom & his son were WONDERFUL. Not only did they come out the same day I called & fix the problem, they also caulked some holes, free of charge, in the shingles that a previous roof repair (different company) had created.

We had a bad storm, and water started coming into my house via the attic. I called Tom a few days later to ask him to take a look at my roof. Tom came out to my house twice -- once on a Sunday to take a look at my roof and determine the problem, and once 2 days later on Tuesday to fix the problem. It took him about 20 minutes to figure out the problem -- he told me he could tell from the road that the flashing on my chimney wasn't right, but he still went up into the attic to get a better look at it. He was very thorough. He gave me a quote and told me it would take a few hours to do the work. When he came back, it took just about 2 hours to complete the work, and the job was exactly as quoted. I started out being so worried about this leak being some huge problem with my roof, and once Tom came over and took a look at it, I was reassured that it was a minor issue and wouldn't take long to fix at all.

Dominion Roofing Service actually showed us references so we could see the work they did for others. They finished the entire job in just three days. They told us exactly what they were doing and stuck to what they said. They did a great clean up and were cautious of animals. We had three estimates and there were the best.
