Excellent. Mike is professional and willing to work with you over any issues. He took care of managing all the steel fabrication and working with the engineer and the city over differences over deck support. His crew is very good - they show up on time and do the work for which they have contracted. They required minimal supervision, and the work they did while I was not watching was just as solid as that done with me standing over them. This was a contract to bid, not time and materials, but they did not shortcut things to keep their costs down. I would recommend them at any time for custom work. When they finished up the deck I got them to do some interior work as well (knock down a load bearing wall and replace with a laminated beam). That work was done on an hourly basis, and they did not try to run up the bill by sandbagging on time.
Description of Work: Construct large deck: materials were pvc decking, treated wood for superstucture, stainless steel for deck fascia, and galvanized steel for all supports.
