AMAZING!!!!!! Cylia was extremely responsive and her cleaning of our house exceeded our expections! Her work and communication is A++++. I fully recommend her excellent work!!!!

I was very satisfied with the service they were efficient, I have scheduled them to return and also referred them to several of my family members.

I booked the appointment and they were able to set my appointment for the next day. They arrived on time with two people. She first completed a walk through of the home, provided me with a price, then returned to their van to gather their supplies. My home is now spotless and smells great. I am very impressed with their services. We will now be using them once a month.

Very good, but a little awkward. Cylia was very nice and friendly, and she and her helper did a very good job of cleaning my whole house. However, that took about 6 hours (2 people x 3 hours of work), and I did not want to exceed the time limitation and pay extra. I mentioned to Celia that they should be about done when 4 hours were up, but they were determined to complete the job. I think Cylia just wanted to make a good impression and not leave the house only partially cleaned, but would suggest that what needs to be done in what amount of time should be agreed upon prior to beginning work. All that said, I was happy with the work, Cylia was wonderful and did not request additional payment for the extra time. I will have her back.

cylia and, i think, her niece were terrific...they cleaned things i have never seen anyone else clean and they were so thorough and impeccable in cleaning my apartment. i have already scheduled my next appointment with them. they were fun, professional and so easy to work with. highly recommend!

For the most part, it went very well and I was overall pleased with the cleaning provide. Disappointed she has not contacted me to schedule next appointment as requested.

I've been using Taylor Maid cleaning services for about 6 months now and decided to give them a try because TM had no availability when needed. Not only was Cylia Housekeeping cheaper for more time, the results were far superior. The two ladies that arrived cleaned EVERYTHING. They found and eliminated every single speckle of dirt in my home. Their attention to detail is breathtaking. I don't know what kind of magic cleaning products/techniques they use but things I thought would be stained permanently were brought back to life. These women went above and beyond the instructions I left for them. I really cannot stress enough how impressed I was with their service. Brought all of their own supplies, spent the entire booking on their feet working, and were extremely pleasant/easy to make an appointment with. Not a lot of cleaning services do weekend appointments for no extra charge so that was great as well !

We love coming home after Cylia cleans. Everything is spotless, organized and beautiful. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for housecleaning.
