Description of Work: They put in lights and motion sensors. When we asked them to come back, the guy had a heart attack and some other things and they told me they would only send out the same technician.

In this day and age were it seems that customer service is know ones top priority it's refreshing to know that this company still cares about the customer!! Class act all around!

He is always detailed and thorough, making sure that he understands exactly what we want and need, and makes sure that we understand exactly what he needs to do in order to meet our expectations. He is very specific and thorough in his estimates and paperwork. He takes great (and I mean GREAT) pride in his work, and will take the time to be sure everything is done perfectly. He is a pleasure to work with, and wants the best for his customers. We would recommend him to anyone who wants to be sure their electrical work is done correctly. He stands by his work. If cheap pricing is your top priority, Commercial One may not be your choice, but if quality work done by quality people is your goal, call Jeffon T. Neal at Commercial One.
Description of Work: Mr. Neal has done a great deal of electrical and other work for our church and for us personally over the last five years. At the church, he has repaired and replaced air conditioning units and ductwork, installed lighting, installed sound equipment, mounted and wired televisions, installed electrical outlets, switches, and more. At our personal property, he has inspected the electrical system and installed lighting.
