Description of Work: I got phone service right away, but it took over two weeks to receive modem for internet. Just not exceptable.

 + -1 moreI've received wireless internet service from ClearWire (also known as CLEAR), for at least 4 years, now, and it's only been down for a matter of hours (never more than 8), maybe 3 times (always from lightning storms). I've only had trouble with speed with a couple of web sites, and only for about 6 months, in all this time. I've always been able to fully enjoy YouTube, so the speed issue was small. A very knowledgeable friend thinks it was "dropped packets from bandwidth crowding, by other services." I'm even able to carry my laptop and the wireless modem to a Jason's Deli, a half-mile walk from my home, and use the same neighborhood transmitter, for the same high speed service, while I enjoy the salad bar.
