When there was confusion about things to be completed on the job, certa pro painters quickly made the corrections and finished the job within an additional day.

What a pleasant surprise! I often insist on doing my own work because I am so particular about quality of workmanship. It is in those times, when the job is too big for me alone, that I have to settle for the standards of other people. I had prepared myself to be disappointed again, only to discover that these craftsmen were doing my job with a far superior level of quality and durability than I would have expected from myself! I could not be more pleased with the results, and at a very fair price.

True quality of the work was at best average. Incomplete coverage in multiple locations and poor workmanship at junctions of hardiplank and trim. Poor caulking in multiple locations. Fail to paint handrails altogether. Lots of paint bubbles on trim. Job was done rapidly though. Unfortunately it showed. Punch list incompletely addressed. Have used this company before but won't in the future.

staff arrived on time and worked in an efficient manner and got the job done with outstanding results. Another element was the price tag; competitive with the other two estimates I was given.

We are very please with the communication as well as the work that was done. We hired several contractors in order to list a home and this company was by far the easiest to deal with.

The crew volunteered to work on Saturdays to keep on schedule. Good communication and all work done to expectations. After-the-job follow-up was appreciated.

I had a very large project. Having to work on a Saturday to catch up, the workman ship and quality drop from above average to below average. The crew did not want to work on the weekend. The crew did not want deal with the popcorn ceiling problems (that were written in the contract). It took several phone calls and meetings to get the punch list addressed and over 3 days work to do the punch list. They were late all 3 days. They need to have a supervisor on site who can speak English with the crew to address any problems that arise.

They did a great job and were very responsive (even when I wanted to change the color). Some spots were a little inconsistent as far as mess, and they accidentally painted our deck. But they finished painting it with no cost since it was their mistake and it looks great. Definitely would recommend them.

Do not assume that all things previously discussed will be included in the estimate. All items from major to minor must be individually specified and included. This way you will not be surprised or disappointed.
