Took a bit longer than expected and was not initially done as well as expected. But they cleaned it all up on the last day and most of my issues were resolved.

This is a friendly, professional, dedicated crew. Salesman was detailed and not pushy.

Job: 1957 two story brick ranch needed exterior gables, doors windows, trim and pergola painted -2 colors lots of detail. These guys were fantastic from first contact with Dan, until Roger and his crew departed three days later. Thorough, efficient, good communication, precision painters (very detail oriented), accommodating are but a few of the words to let you know what you can expect. If any problems were encountered, it was handled with a quote. No problem, we can take care of that quote. They go the extra mile to make certain that you are pleased every step of the way. I had hired two other paint crews prior to CertaPro and dismissed them early into the job for sloppy work and undisclosed charges. CertaPro provided full disclosure and charged me exactly what they quoted. Roger and the crew brought our dream into reality. We will definitely use them for our interior painting. Cheap, fast, and good. I'm impressed! Dan helped me tailor the estimate based on the fact that I was moving out and just wanted to spruce up the old paint. The quality of the workmanship was very high - cracks, stains, holes all completely gone - everything they painted looks like new! They also did a nice job pressure washing and staining my deck.

Friendly, easy to schedule and work with, prompt, will definitely be using again for future projects. We needed a lot of ceiling repair or prep before painting and they did a nice job.

They did a fantastic job. What I appreciated most was the fact that they accommodated all our needs (eg: communication via e-mail and text) and when we pointed out areas that needs to be fixed/redone, they responded very willingly. Leslie's customer service and response time was great. The crew is very hard working and very nice. Some times they work over time to get the job done, which is great. Note: If you want your house back after a certain time of the day, you may want to express that upfront.
