They were fantastic and I really appreciated them. They were great and I had them come in to view a few things that our inspector recommended to do. So, they sent out their guys to do the work at a very reasonable price. We are really happy about them. They came out for the estimate on a Tuesday and then they did the work on Wednesday. It was very quick, as I called them on a Friday the week before they set up an appointment. They were efficient and we didn't have any questions for them. Jim was the guy who came out for the estimate and he was very thorough. There were also a lot of questions that were asked. Since he came out beforehand for the estimate, he was able to give the plumber who came out the next day really good instructions about what we needed and how to get things done. The guy who came out the next day was very thorough and he did everything in the right way. He didn't have any questions and we didn't have any problems with the work that was done. It was our first plumbing experience and the price that was charged was really good. I would definitely use their services in the future and they are like our family plumbers now. Moreover, we haven't had any problems since they did the work.

Charlie, the plumber, was excellent! He was on-time and showed up exactly when he said he would. He immediately got to work in bathroom #1 and identified the source of sewage odors as an empty J-trap in a shower that had not been used in over 1 year. In bathroom #2, he discovered an improperly installed overflow plug and fixed it within 5 minutes, allowing water to now drain/flush properly from that toilet. In bathroom #3, he identified built-up calcium deposits in the shower that was leading to clogged drain pipes, as well as a broken valve in one of the vanity sinks and "gunky" build up in the other vanity sink (which were resulting in leaky faucets and slow drainage, respectively). He was able to fix all 3 issues on the spot and now all our bathrooms are fully functional. Total cost was $220, which included $190 for the labor (2 hours of work) and $30 for replacement parts and pieces. These are chronic plumbing issues we've had for awhile and before lunchtime Charlie was able to fix every single one of them. We consider this money well spent and if we ever need more plumbing work, Carroll Plumbing is the first place we wll call!

Bruce Oglesby arrived on-time and was very professional. He measured the size of all radiators and recommended a Triangle Tube condensing boiler as a replacement to our aging Burnham. I was interested in a replacement boiler with domestic hot water, so Bruce brought along information and explained how everything worked. I appreciated Bruce's honest assessment that our current boiler did not yet need replacement. We were actually having another plumbing issue in the midst of Bruce's visit and he quickly offered his advice after taking a quick peek under the house. Although we're not quite ready to replace our current boiler, Bruce Oglesby and Carroll Plumbing will be the first person we call when we are!

When I called to schedule repairs, the person on the phone was very helpful and friendly. I didn't need emergency services, so I scheduled a day when I knew I would be home. They called me the day before as a reminder that they were coming, and provided the approximate time they would arrive. The service tech arrived promptly. He fixed all four issues in under an hour and had all the parts on hand to do it. He even used a toilet repair kit that we already had at the house to fix one issue, so we did not have to purchase additional parts. He was quick, professional, and courteous. The bill was itemized with charges clearly spelled out. Would definitely call them again.

They were able to come out for the job on the same day, using a specialized camera to diagnose the problem. They did not charge extra for the use of this expensive equipment. The work was done over a two day span, and it was completed efficiently and exceeded my expectations.

I have been really pleased with their work. They have been extremely accommodating with me as far as time, and have been very clear with me about what they are doing and why they are doing. I feel like I know what is going on and I feel very secure about them working on my home because they keep me so informed.

They photographed underground and found tree roots had gotten in the pipes and that was causing the problem. They were very professional. They told us what they were doing every step of the way. They replaced the dirt and packed it down. The language used by the workers had no cursing.

The plumber arrived on time, performed the work in a businesslike manner and the charge was as expected. We had some specialized scheduling issues which were accommodated cheerfully.

Carroll plumbing did a great job. They kept their appointment time, explained what they needed to do, were respectful of me and my home and cleaned up after the job. They took time to find the best solutions to several problems they encountered. When a manufacturer's defect came to light with one of the toilet tanks, they promptly came back and replaced the tank at no further expense to me. (They supplied the toilet, but I picked the model I desired.)

I have been using this company for over three years and I have always had the same excellent prompt service. I feel comfortable when they are in my home and they are always here on time.

They did a good job and I was impressed with the way that they handled the situation. We have used them before and they are always reliable and honest. I would recommend them to other people. They are reasonably priced as well.

We are very happy with their responsiveness. They always answered any questions we had and gave their opinion on how to take care of the old pipes in our home. They always showed up on time and got the job done. We did not have to wait on them and they worked very neatly.

I was disappointed in their performance because after a while I started having the same problem again which was a leaking problem. Then I got that fixed a while ago using a different company who told me that every time you replace the Freon you have to necessarily replace the coil on the unit. They did not do that so that is why I had to hire someone else to fix the unit for me.

There were some things that needed to be fixed, but they didn t want to fix them because of the amount of damage that the previous person had left behind. I was satisfied with the work though and they did what they had to do which was more we could say about other people that worked on the house.

They are a very reliable and a very good company to work with. We have been using them for several years. Although they brought the wrong part, they went to pick the right part up and did not charge us extra.

Excellent company. Knowledgeable about old houses and their quirks. Always prompt, courteous and professional. Excellent customer service and willingness accommodate my schedule. Have used their services many times and always been 100% pleased. And they're all just NICE folks!

The men were courteous and worked quickly. They were knowledgeable and respectful. We were happy with their work.

These guys did a great job. Two of them came and stayed most of the day. My husband (who was present while they were working) said they really knew their stuff (Charley in particular) and never took breaks. We are very satisfied with their work and will definitely have them back for more work in another building. They returned phone calls and came when they said they would.

The gentleman showed me why the tub was clogging and how to fix it myself. This tub has always been a problem for us and usually needed work once a year. Now I know how to fix the problem easily. He also fixed leaking faucets and replaced a sprayer device on our kitchen sink. The work was good and the employee was very friendly.

Carroll Heating & Cooling also does plumbing work. We have only used their service this one time so far. I was very satisfied with the service. I do not have a lot of experience with this company but based on this experience I would use their services again. The price was fair.

He showed up on time and it didn t take him long to change the water lines in the bathroom shower. He cleaned up after himself and the guy was very respectful when he was in my home.
