Description of Work: Blockage due to issues with hot water heater had to be tracked downed and repaired. It turned out they had to cut into the ceiling - did so with minimal damage.

Description of Work: I called this company to work on the new house I bought - had 2 heat pumps and one boiler. Just to perform winter maintenance. There was one smaller item they had to replace that they didn't charge extra for, which was nice. They took the time to explain my several units and how they all worked together and when it was best to use the boiler versus the heat pump. I like that they were not in a hurry. I would definitely call them for a more more complicated situation, too!

Description of Work: Nino showed up promptly at 8am, just as scheduled. He quickly replaced the old broken toilet flange in our half bath and reinstalled the toilet. Did a great job and cleaned up everything nicely!

Description of Work: Charles was prompt, informative and professional in our dealings. He and crew installed gas line for our new gas range in an old house. The work was completed and we were very satisfied. Charles took the time to give us suggestions on future work, The cost was competitive.

Description of Work: Replaced a gas water heater. Quick efficient and made helpful suggestions about getting my chimney inspected (new city code).

And when they didn't have the stopper to finish the job they quickly scheduled a follow up and didn't charge me until the job was done. | |These are my go to guys - I also called them recently when there was a water main breakage downtown. They quickly told me they were getting lots of calls - and that they couldn't help. But if the issue remained to all them and they would be out quickly.

Description of Work: They came out next day after I called to give me an estimate on fixing some plumbing issues we had in our basement-a drain line running uphill instead of downhill and moving copper water lines that were hanging below the (unfinished) ceiling into the joists. They quotes between $700 and 800. When they came, the guys were very professional and ended up fixing a few more things that they saw wrong related to those two items as well (the hot and cold water were switched on our kitchen faucet and the refrigerator water line was replaced and fixed.) With even those two extra items, it came to the low price on their estimate. You can tell they take pride in their work. Would recommend highly.

Description of Work: Carroll was able to fix my broken hot water heater after another plumbing company had told me it couldn't be fixed and I needed to spend thousands of dollars on a new one. I love Carroll and use them for everything.
