Description of Work: Power washed the house. Moved/replaced all items such as patio furniture so things wouldn't get wet. Told us that the house and patio didn't need work every year, and suggested a schedule of power washing the house one year and cleaning/sealing the patio the next year. This prevents a large bill at one time. Very happy with the results, and will call them this year to do the patio.

Description of Work: They called the day of the service at 10:30 am and cancelled because they said it was raining and too cold. I advised it was not raining at my house and temp was 43 and would be 50 by noon. They would not come. Rescheduled for this Friday, 12/19. Very inconvenient. Don't know how to rate yet and hope they show up on the 19th, or I will be contacting you to cancel this service and I will look for someone else to do it.

Description of Work: did not show up as scheduled the first time but came much later in the day when it began to rain . He did return a week later to complete the power washing. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He made sure I was satisfied before leaving.
