Cabinets To Go

Cabinets to Go(CTG) has good products, however, the sales contract delivery information is 3 to 4 weeks; my first and second orders took 12 weeks and 2 days to come. My contractor could not take down the old cabinets until all the pieces from CTG arrived as the missing pieces were the start and end of the shelving. They did make adjustments to the cost of the cabinets because of the long delay. Unfortunately when my old cabinets were taken out there was mold, so we had to hold off the new cabinet deliver for about 2 months. Later in the summer of 2014 I ordered more cabinets from CTG. I subsequently learned after 4 to 5 months that they never put the order through and lied to me the whole time. The staff that I was dealing with from January to November 2014 were no longer employed at CTG. Some of the cabinets were the incorrect size and I was never given a refund on those cabinets until much later. On November 25th 2014 I worked with 2 new staffers at CTG who immediately took care of my problems by refunding the appropriate amounts for returned items. I would use CTG again but have a much better knowledge of what to expect. Any other customers working with this company should be aware that they don't come through on all the promises they make.

They are not professional and don't return calls. This job has been going on for too long. I have an 11x10 kitchen, so it's not a big kitchen. I have cabinet doors that are warped and needed to be replaced. They sent me new cabinet doors from California wrapped in bubble wrap, not a box. I have two glass doors that I want to be the same. They sent me these glass doors, and of course, one of them came to me broken. This has been going on for nearly six months and I'm just not satisfied with Cabinets To Go.

I like the cabinets, but not the service.
