Very pleasant and we were able to lower his initial bid. Guaranteed work for FIVE years. Workers were prompt every day. Rain stalled work for several days but they returned when it stopped raining. Only problem I had was with a discussion regarding ceiling paint - plan was to put two colors on porch and let me decide. This didn't happen and when I confronted Mr. Bullock he did not remember our discussion. Paint color turned out to be pretty so I let him off the hook. Lesson, get everything in writing.
Description of Work: Painted all trim on a 3 story brick house - this included powerwashing and scraping loose paint off metal and wood trim, reglazing all windows, including dozens of diamond pane windows, painted downspout, ceiling and floor of porch, steps, and a small wooden fence that wasn't even in the contract but desperately needed paint.
