I took my 2003 buick to they because the car would sometimes jurk and bump when it shift grears.They checked it out told me what I needed and was able to fix the problem the job was very labor intense that why it cost so much, they had to drop the trasnsmsstion to install the swich.I got the chance to talk with the mechcanic and the service writer about the repairs and cost.They also for the same 79.00 fee told me what was wronge with two other things going on with my totally apart from my transmittion. I thought that was unheard of for one fee.

They charged me for the oil and filter because it has passed its warranty. I just continued to take my car to them because know my car and have taken care of it since I owned it. They are reliable and their prices are reasonable for the type of work they perform. These are foreign cars, so the parts are a little bit more expensive and that is the price you pay for having a car made out of the United States of America.

I had left my car at body shop and they were to deliver to service center (just down street) for the regular service. Somewhere between the body shop and the service center, a huge gash was put in my front tire. I just happened to notice it when inspecting - they apparently did it and/or missed it in the supposed safety inspection they were supposed to have done as a part of regular service. The service center claimed they didn't do it (and admitted they had missed it in alleged safety inspection even though it was huge and very obvious) and said I'd have to work it out with the body shop. So, I had to have them put on spare and drove to body shop. The person I dealt with there claimed it didn't happen there, that must have happened at service center, but agreed to replace the tire for free. Overall, just very unprofessional on the part of the service center. I was satisfied with body work and grateful for the one female staff member at body shop who agreed to replace the tire. Wouldn't deal with Brown's again for anything and would instead choose West Broad VW who have always seemed much more professional and with whom I've never had trouble. Picked Brown's this time solely because I could get the body work and regular service done in the same trip. But I would rate Body Shop as a B and the Service Center as F.

Explained everything. Did not have to wait long. Were efficient and pleasant.

It is very close to where I live and they have always done excellent work for me. They haven't done any major work because luckily it hasn't needed any yet. They have always been responsive, professional and provide us with quality work. I will definitely continue using them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to take their vehicle.

I like that I can get an appt. when I want one. It is usually first thing in the morning. The people who work there know me. I have gone there for years.

We've used Browns for several years and are very pleased with them. They are honest and reliable. They may overcharge a bit, but they have always done a good job. My car is working fine since I took it there.

I have been using this company for about twenty years now. They are always friendly and make sure to do quality work on my car. I would recommend this company to anyone. The last time that I took me car there they did a good job and finished the work in a great amount of time.

I choose to use Browns because this is where I bought this car a few years back. I enjoyed their services then and I enjoy them now. They do excellent work at pretty fair prices as well. I have no complaints about them at all. Even if I thought about it, I could not tell you anything bad. I cannot remember an exact price for this service because it was about nine months ago and I kind of forgot about that part.
