He was excellent. He was reasonable. He was punctual. He was personable. He was efficient. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Brendan Julian is very professional and a pleasure to work with. My initial call to Brendan was returned promptly. I described the work to be done. He requested our address and came over to look at the pergola. He had some thoughtful questions to which I provided answers after consulting with my husband. A day or so later I got the estimate to do the pergola removal. My husband and I decided to move ahead with the work. We agreed on a start date a couple of weeks out due to Brendan's booked schedule. And the project did indeed start on that day. I really appreciate Brendan being candid about scheduling. He set our expectations and then met them. The pergola removal took the couple of days that Brendan estimated. All the debris was removed and the area left very tidy. All the electrical worked fine. In the course of removing the pergola, Brendan discovered that a couple pieces of siding that the pergola had been attached to needed to be replaced. He also discovered missing and melted siding. When he pointed this out, I asked for a quote for replacing all of this. He provided that, and we gave him the go-ahead to do this work as well. Again, this was done when and as he said it would be. Brendan Julian's work is a good value as it is well done and done when promised. My husband and I will be calling Brendan for future home projects.

Called Brendan, explained problems, he called tenant made an appointment went over and fixed the problems. No hassle, great service.

My mother liked him and she was glad that he did it so quickly. She said he was on time and he did a good job for her. She is going to use him to put in some windows in the future.

Mr. Julian is very professional. He showed up on time for each and every appointment. He outlined in detail what he would be doing in the quote, and did exactly that. I needed a few changes along the way and he accommodated them from a phone call. Pricing was reasonable, as this was a big project. The demolition took longer than expected and he told me right away that the job would take longer than he estimated. That helped me with planning for furniture movement and carpet delivery.

He was good. The price was fair. He was responsible, punctual, and professional. He will be coming back in a couple of weeks to do additional work.

Brendan provided a thorough estimate shortly after viewing the work to be done. On the day of the job he was right on time gave me a clear, easy to understand explanation of his plan including a couple of alternate options.. He worked diligently throughout the day. The work was done beautifully. He cleaned up thoroughly after he completed the job leaving not a trace of anything behind. It was a pleasure working with him from start to finish. Hope to have him on our team for our next home project!

After my initial inquiry Friday afternoon, he called Sunday afternoon to confirm arrival time for Monday morning. He was punctual and wiped feet with a rag before entering my home. He immediately fixed shower doors and installed my new mailbox. Coincidentally the fans stopped working prior to his arrival, so work on them wasn't necessary. Mr. Julian did offer to install new ceiling fans and made recommendations for purchase as far as base and blade length. I was delightful to work with, and I will definitely call him again.

Brendan is an amazing worker. He works quickly, neatly and meticulously. He did not feel comfortable working on the electric connections in our house due to its age (1907) and accordingly opted out of installing some ceiling fans. I particularly appreciated that he knows his own limitations. We were amazed at how much he got done, how quickly it was done, how neatly he worked, and how reasonable the cost. And when I thought it could not get any better, I received an email this morning with the itemized details of all that he had worked on yesterday which I can keep for my files. We will use him again wherever we can.

Brendan is an incredible find! I absolutely love him. He does painstakingly detailed work. By far, the best flooring and paint work I have ever seen. It takes him a bit longer than some other contractors because he does all the work himself but the extra time is totally worth it for the beautiful job you end up with. He goes the extra mile and fixed little things he found while working on my house for free as he went (like a loose panel on the screen door etc.) He even signs for my packages if I'm not home! I had Waste Management pick up a bagster once when he was working there and they wouldn't drive on the driveway to get it because I had neglected to put out the release that morning. Brendan tried to call me to find the release for the driver and when he couldn't get me at work he dragged the bag to the end of the driveway himself so the driver could take it away. This is just an example of the little things Brendan does because he is a good guy. Not to mention the beautiful work that he does at the same time. His prices are competitive. I've stopped getting multiple estimates for comparison purposes because I just trust Brendan to give me a fair price and a great quality job. And even if he was a bit higher I would still use him because I trust him in my house and to I know I'm getting a quality job for my money and he doesn't cut corners. Truly, I can't say enough about him. If you need a trustworthy repair, remodel, or just some handyman work Brendan is the way to go. He is super professional, always punctual to his exact time he says he will be there, and even likes the cat!

He is a very competent individual. We plan to use him for future work and would highly recommend him. The price was reasonable and he held to his original estimate.

Brendan arrived within five minutes of the scheduled appointment. Checked to new toilets to make sure nothing was missing. Removed one old toilet and loaded in my pickup truck for me. Installed one new toilet and cleaned up any mess. Removed the 2nd old toilet and loaded it in my pickup for me. Installed the 2nd new toilet. Cleaned up any mess. We were never without a toilet.
