carpet cleaners, upholstery cleaning
+ 0 moreI originally found BioCare through Groupon. I wish I could say that I did more research on them than that, but I can't. We've had our carpets cleaned two other times by different companies, and I can say Jack & BioCare were far above the others. Making an appointment was easy - he actually answered the phone when I called. Timing was great - just a couple of days after I called. During the appointment, Jack was great - much more detail oriented than others. I finally did do some research on their process - I feel much more comfortable with what they used vs other companies since we have dogs. One huge thing I noticed - NO SMELL while the carpets were drying!!! I highly recommend them. I was very impressed.
