Easy and quick

Shower doors OK but need plastic inserts to seal them so water does not spray out. Plastic not installed until called them about spraying. Window in bathroom OK but would not replace/repair the exterior trim - told me to run a caulk line on it. Other fogged window glass they did replace left with broken spring. They looked at and said I would have to contact window company and they were not responsible. Has not closed right since. In 2013/2014 contacted again to replace 2 additional foggy windows. No show for 2 appointments for estimate. Came out and measured and got a price but they never followed up to replace. Contacted them several months later. Came out again for estimate - no show the first time. Gave an estimate and took a deposit and never showed up to replace them. Waited and waited. Turns out the order for glass was never even placed. Cancelled it. T Their estimate was much more expensive than other glass companies.

The window was installed improperly in my opinion and my request was for them to come back and take a look to see it. It took over a month for them to come back and see that their "repair" was not a repair done properly. There was a 1/4 in gap above the window especially on upper left corner and window was not level and not flush where it should be against the door. I made several phone calls to try to get this problem corrected or for them to at least come out and look at their work. Everyone was pretty rude to me and kept saying they would be out to look at the window but never showed up or called until I threatened to make a report on this company. I don't appreciate the treatment I have received from this company, especially considering how patient I was regarding this matter. After they came out and adjusted the window there is a 1/8 inch area at the bottom of the window that does not cover where the old window was. I was told to paint that area. The upper right side is also not flush to the door as the old window was.

Terrible experience! We should've been weary when requesting a quote online resulted in no response. After ordering the shower doors and being told an arrival date, the doors were over 4 weeks late. I had to call or email the sales person each week and even though he promised to follow up with me, he never did. He finally promised me he would call me as soon as he has his hands on the doors....getting ready to go out of town, we called, and sure enough they were in, of course, no phone call from them to let us know they were. When they came in, they were missing 4 pieces. We called about this and were told the parts would be overnighted, they came in 4 phone calls (from us) and 1 week later. Also, they came in while we went on vacation even after we told the salesperson several times we would be out of town and got 2 calls by the manager acting as if she didn't understand why we were not returning her phone call. Then, we found out we needed a special shim, which the salesperson had initially told he was going to order for us....we called the Midlothian office, no return call. Called back to hear that he had chenged his VM, so he had obviously heard our message, so we had to call the manager. We asked her to call us back the following Monday before she placed the order (we wanted to see if there was another work around first) and of course, no call and the order was placed anyways...and then of course, we had to call and call to find out that the part had arrived. This company has very poor customer service from the sales department to management. I would never use them again nor recommend them.
