+ -1 moreSince it would be absolutely crazy to wait that long for the service (i.e. appt. made on 7/9, but service cannot be provided until 9/3), I contacted Groupon and got a refund. I suspect when companies do Groupon deals, they can be inundated with business and they are ill-prepared to handle the volume. Very disappointing.
Description of Work: I responded to their Groupon deal for car detailing. The ad said they offer mobile service, i.e. coming to your home to do the car detailing. However, after buying the deal, I contacted them and was told I could only bring the car to their location to drop it off for the day, and that I couldn't have an appt. and wait for the car to be done. When pressed about their ad, they finally said I could have mobile service (I understood it cost a bit more and was willing to pay), but they did not have an opening until 9/3 !!!!
