We keep buying things from them. They are very competitive with price, actually a little bit less than other people. They came when they said they were going to come. We bought a microwave from them as well. You can buy the Geek Squad protection program and the Geek Squad will come out and fix it; although they haven't had to do it with us but it's there. I have a policy with the Geek Squad for my appliances, but also my computers that I am very pleased with.

I liked the sales people and I like the people who installed it. The price was very competitive with everyone else. It was an excellent installation. I didn't feel the sales person was pressuring to buy this or that, I knew what I wanted and they gave me exactly what I wanted. It makes a big difference. All that I can tell you is that the Geek Squad they come right out and I can call them and they can patch into the computer or I can bring it into them. I have one in there right now. They can also do the patch in and actually control my computer wherever their office is. They have been very good about the work they do and also they were very responsive about getting my machine in. If it has to go in or when I call them, they do it right there on the phone. They're very good. I have a machine in there right now.

I had remodeled my kitchen and bought all new brand name appliances, which that was a big mistake. The refrigerator died, the microwave died, and the dishwasher died. Only the stove is left and it?s a gas. It?s so much better, electric is horrible. They got me exactly what I wanted and they came out exactly when they said they were going to come out. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. There were no ups, downs and no extras. That?s what I like. My way of looking at people I deal with is if someone does what they say they are going to do and does right by me, I will sing their praises. If someone cheats me, I?m right out there. Because I don?t want someone else to get ripped off. I don?t mind paying extra if I get the quality. I checked all prices in a lot of different stores, the beauty of the internet, and they were very reasonable; and right in the group. The consumer reports that we use, we always check things on consumers, we always buy the best. That way you are never dissatisfied. When someone says they are going to sale something and they are going to make arrangements to come out and install it; and they come out when they say they are going to come out and they do what they say there are going to do; there is professionalism there.
