+ -1 moreAfter determining the problem, he reset the four-way valve by recharging the system. That valve needs to be replaced, but I couldn't afford it at the time. So, he fixed things so we could have air all summer. We just weren't to switch back to heat. It worked out great. We had air all summer with no problems! He also gave a senior citizen discount of 10 percent, which is a blessing! We are ready to replace the heat pump now, so I called Isaac back today!
Description of Work: Came out, checked system thoroughly, determined problem and fixed it that day to my satisfaction.
