Mr. Baylor does an outstanding job cleaning carpets and furniture. He is punctual and professional and has cleaned better than previous carpet services we have used. Carpeting and furniture are well cared for--not left wet. We have dogs and cats and he has been able to remove pet hair and stains. We will use his service again and recommend him to others.

Quick return call to set up apt. Arrived on time. Made assessment, got right to work, cleaned from 9:20 to near 3p working on spots and pet urine. Advised would return if stains were still present. I did move a good deal of the furniture but he would have he stated. Overall very clean and looked great

very good experience. mr baylor was very conscientious and thorough in cleaning the carpets and worked especially h****** problem areas. overall, we were very pleased with the quality of his work and we would definitiely use him again. his price was higher than we would have paid with other similiar services, however, we feel it was worth the difference in price.

No complaints. Worked hard until job was done. No evidence of cat smell. The final payment was higher than estimate because we failed to tell Mr. Baylor that we needed ottoman cleaned.

The woman who scheduled the cleaning was very pleasant to talk to. The man performing the cleaning arrived on time and did a very thorough job. He left some plastic booties to wear over the bottoms of our shoes if we needed to walk on the carpet before it was completely dry.

We needed to have our carpeting steamed before putting our house on the market. Mr. Baylor was excellent. His wife was lovely on the phone, he was prompt and courteous, he spent a long time working on the carpet and managed to get out stains that another carpet cleaner hadn't been able to after several prior visits! Couldn't be more pleased!

It went extremely well. Mr. Baylor arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, calling before coming. He spent hours meticulously cleaning everything. He was quiet, courteous and efficient. Our carpets and sofa have been cleaned a number of times in the past by other carpet cleaners and they have never been cleaned as thoroughly. They look great! In addition, I've had carpets cleaned in other homes and in other localities, and Mr. Baylor did the best work of all.

This was a very good experience from start to finish. After I contacted the company, I described the job and supplied exact dimensions of the carpeted areas and was able to get an estimate over the phone. We set up the appointment and Mr. Baylor showed up at the appointed time, went to work and did a beautiful job. I thought he would put foil under the legs of the larger furniture which my husband and I had not moved but he actually moved it so he could do a perfect job! We found that we had to use the stairs while he was cleaning and he provided us with some little booties to put on so we wouldn't track dirt on to the damp carpet. I have always dreaded having the carpet cleaners come in but this time was very easy.

Baylor Cleaning Service did a good job on my carpets. The coffee stain on the living room floor was successfully removed. I was very pleased with the service. The worker was very friendly and professional. He was here when scheduled. I will use their services again in the future.
