The salesman Brandon was very courteous and kind to my mother during the planning stage. This is where this company goes downhill. After the initial planning we had to wait 6 weeks for the installation, on the day of installation the work crew called to say they were at a local hardware store picking up our equipment for the installation. Might I also say they were already late from the scheduled appointment. On arrival they were greeted by my family, shown where the bathroom was located. At different times, different family members were around if and when they needed questions answered. They were told the first thing that my mother needed to tell them exactly where she NEEDED her shower bars. Guess what they never spoke to her or ANY member of the family as to where we wanted the bars, so guess what $7k later we have a useless shower!!! My mother is petite elderly with a broken back the bars were placed too high and incorrect places for her to use, thus useless. To top off this they left crack in walls so now I either need them to correct their mistakes or higher someone else. I WILL NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I URGE YOU TO NOT HIGHER THEM EITHER!!! I hope after contacting the company they will correct their construction errors.....but I remain doubtful after speaking to "Doug" the installer.
