+ -1 moreWe called him and he came out the same night. It took awhile for him to get here but he explained that on the phone that he was very busy with another customer. He took no time getting to the problem as he pointed out that our doors had double locks on them and suggested we change them. We had him only change the back lock, which we are happy with.
Description of Work: They opened the house door since we were locked out and they changed the locks on the back door.
