Everything from quoting to installation went very smoothly. Their sales rep, Adam, was very knowledgeable and we never felt pressured to buy. AWV's installer, John Gibson, was always on time, always professional, and the finished job looks perfect. The only snafu was with the half-round windows. The original plan was to just replace the glass and stops. On installation day the installer noticed the window construction required a full frame replacement. AWV was able to manufacture new PVC frames for the half-round windows in under three hours. Despite this hiccup the installation was still completed on schedule and the end result looks really nice.
Description of Work: Replaced 11 wood casement windows with Marvin Infinity replacements (inserts, not full frame). Replaced two half-round windows with custom made low-e windows. Replaced front door/sidelights.
