Anthony's Heating & Air Repair

On a cold winter's Saturday in 2005 my water heater gave its last gasp and died. I didn't know who to call so called my mother (of course) who recommended Anthony's and gave me his number. I called and he and his assistant came out that afternoon. After looking at the configuration of the water heater I had, Anthony questioned me about my family's water usage and then, after explaing what each capacity would provide gave me the price for each and gave his own recommendation based upon the number and ages of members in my household. His charges were very reasonable, I thought (although I can't remember exactly how much I was charged), he was knowledgeable, courteous, and accomodating. He made sure I understood the workings of my new water heater before he left and I was very impressed and became a devoted fan. I have continued to use Anthony's for all my heat pump and air handler maintenance and repairs. When inspecting the air handler last winter he noticed that the filter did not slide in properly and so installed a guiding system to help steer it into the handler properly. He spent considerable time on it and yet did not charge extra! He just did the spring maintenace this July (I had to delay the usual April maintenace because of my own time constraints) and, although my heat pump is over 10 years old, he informs me it is working wonderfully and I attribute that to his excellent service. At $45 a service twice a year (which he calls to remind me when it is due) I think Anthony's is a real bargain!
