countertops, marble & granite
+ 0 moreWe purchased the granite that was hard to work with. They were a couple of weeks late to get started. They broke the stone while bringing it in. We were without water in our kitchen for eleven days. Our garage had everything that we needed so we had to go down there to carry water up to do what we needed to do. They kept putting us off. Finally, I got in touch with a manager at one of their locations, and they completed the job the next day. I still have a small crack in the granite. I am not happy with the seams in the granite. I was going to keep the porcelain sink that I had. They broke my sink while taking it out. They didn't say anything about it being broken. They did replace the sink after I said something to them about it.
Description of Work: They installed granite counter tops in my kitchen.
