not well. He said if it still leaked call him and he would return and be sure it was fixed. We still have a leak. We have called him for four days and he has not returned a call. Do not use him. He does not complete the work.

Have used this co. a few times over the past several years. Mr. Carman is always responsive, can show up to do the job soon after he is contacted. He's always calls back, shows up & is on time. Easy to get along with. You describe what you want done on the telephone, and he comes prepared, brings a helper with him if necessary. He will even work on weekends. In addition to the misc. jobs I needed him to do this past spring, I asked him to diagnose a problem with a porch gutter that flooded every time it rained, & fix it for me. He figured out the problem right away. He said it was caused by improper installation, so I should contact the company who installed it first and see if they would fix it at no charge, since it was their mistake. He saved me money, because the gutter company did do the repair for free. I had had several people look at this gutter to see what was wrong, and Mr. Carman was the 1st person who figured it out. My boyfriend has also used him a few times for house-related jobs and likes his work.

Everything went great. He did the work the same week that I called him. The first time he did work for me, he came by to give an estimate the same day that I called him, and that was even a Saturday. He calls, shows up, and with some of the experiences I've had with people doing work in my house, that alone is wonderful. He was even early this last visit. He didn't think it'd make sense to build even crude shelves in my basement because of cost, but made other suggestions of inexpensive way I could get shelving. He could've tried to just get more money out of me, but he didn't. Seems like a good guy. Says he specializes in "honey-do" projects.

They were good with returning our phone calls quickly. They explained everything that they did in great detail before they started the work so that we would get a full understanding of what was being done. They also arrived on time.
