This guy is a nice guy, honest, professional, and reasonable in price.? I called him last night hoping to leave a voice mail on his phone, but he answered.? He went out to his truck, got his appointment book and came back in and took my information.? He said he could do it Saturday and that was fine, but then he called about 11AM today and said if I wanted him to, he could come out today.? He arrived, looked at the damage, estimated the costs at $225.00 plus materials and then drove me to Lowe's where we purchased the materials.? We headed back to the house and he went to work immediately.? I sat in the front yard and watched and everything he did was professional.? You could tell he knew what he was doing, was concerned for taking care of my existing and undamaged siding and guttering.? I could not be more happy and I asked him for several cards to share with friends.? What a nice guy and with all the work he did, I think his price was very reasonable. I am a big believer in Angie's List and only hire folks from the list.? Once again, Angie's List delivered excellence!!!

Jason Elkins is the owner and he and his helper did a very professional job. They were respectful very appreciative of the work. They were on time, did what they said they would do, and I thought the price was reasonable for the work they had to do. My neighbor was gardening at one point during the job, and she told me she overheard Jason's helper ask him how much should he scrape the existing fascia board before priming it. Jason said, "Scrape it down to bare wood.....I want this to look really good." And they did not know that anyone was listening. Some contractors are either arrogant and touchy when you suggest something, overpriced, or not trustworthy. Jason and his team are one of the exceptions. I would highly recommend their services.

His truck (with all of its advertising) was next to me at a red light. I called him, he returned the call once he was parked and agreed to come and quote the job in 2 hours. He was right on time and because the job was small enough he agreed to do it then. He offered me two solutions, I went with the less expensive and he completed the job in less than an hour and was on his way. A piece of siding had blown off the house and another siding man agreed to fix it for a reasonable price. He came and got the piece to go match it and that was the last we saw or heard from him. I was very grateful Jason from Ace was willing to do the repair on the same day.
