one selling point was they were going to trim the windows for me but the trim they were gonna use was cheesy so I ended up trimming myself. make sure everything promised is specific in the contract

From the onset discussion with Thomas maddox, through completion by well staffed team, we're very satisified and already recommended AAPCO to several neighbors that stopped by. Schedules were kept, quality of work was excellent. Clean-up of old roofing materials was a concern I had prior to starting roof replacement as I have dogs in fenced yard ... was no reason to worry, clean-up was great! Friendly crew. Highly recommended.

AAPCO was pretty good. They are a good middle ground company. They are not to small that you have to worry about there reputation, but not to big that you are not just a number. Once started my roof and gutter guard system went up very fast. With good fit and finish. My only pet peeves is that sometimes people that you need to talk to were hard to get a hold of and the installers could have cleaned up a little better.

After the installation we had a major rain and the gutter covers worked as promised. The only problem we had were in the corners were two roofs came together so we told AAPCO about it and they sent their installer out to install a "dam" in the corners. Looks like this should work in the next major rain storm.

Not even going to comment about my experience, lets say it was not a pleasant one at all and I will not recommend this contractor to build another deck to anyone. The contractor was rude and unprofessional (yelling and using profanity)...his behavior was totally unacceptable. I am so glad its over it was the longest 3 months that I never want to deal with ever again. This project should have been done in 2 weeks but it took 3 months.

The roofing crew was outstanding! Professional, courteous, and very good at what they do. The installation was flawless and the roof looks great!

The Sales Rep., the CSRs and the Installers did an excellent job. However, I 'would' recommend that the Installers learn conversational English. The roof looks great and I am very pleased. Thanks, Bill bland

AAPCO did a great job replacing my roof. The estimate was exact, no hidden charges or additions. The gentlemen who came out to explain the job and the products was very knowledgeable and professional. The crew that came out to do the job did exactly what they said they would do. They worked hard and had the job done in a day and a half. They left absolutely no mess and did not leave until I checked the roof and was satisfied.

I had a really bad window the frame was rotting and these guys did a fantastic job fixing it! I live my new Windows!

Great communication when wanting you to sign a contract. They weren't as available when it came to scheduling.

The work was started and completed in adequate time. The installation looks good close up and far off. Damaged window screens were repaired as soon as reported. Care was taken to clean up all debris before leaving. The job price was fair. Overall, glad I choose AAPC to do the work.

I felt like the contractor cut corners because I was a woman and they thought I wouldn't notice

I need more windows and I am going back to AAPC
