The service people and they cleaned up after themselves. There was one minor problem with the caulking, and they promised to come back and fix it.

I would like to share my experience with AAPCO and the 2 doors I received from them. First I want to be clear, the person who installed the doors was great, which figures since he is not a direct employee of AAPCO. The doors are also nice but if you are looking to do business with a Company that has good Customer Service, do not come here because it is horrible and that is due mainly to their Sales Manager, Jeff. I had the misfortune of speaking to this guy after my delivery which was supposedly scheduled was never delivered due to the truck being broken down on I-95. I called on the day of delivery a few times to see if a back up truck was going to pick up my doors and deliver but I guess that is not a policy of theirs and also tried to explain that it is hard for me and my wife to take whole days off since she is a teacher and I am military. Basically after a wasted day I tried to contact somebody to find out what their back up[ plan is, and unfortunately for me I ended up speaking to the Sales Manager, Jeff. Here is a very rude person, not sure he should be in sales. I asked him numerous times what their back up plan was because now I had no doors and was not sure when I would be getting them, his response was the send out 30 trucks everyday...??? Again I asked what the back up plan was and he told me he already answered it and that I was being difficult (and that I was doing it on purpose). He then told me I must lead a charmed life ( I have been wounded twice in combat so....)so at this point I was quite taken aback and shocked. I told him he was being a "jerk" and wanted to speak to his supervisor to which he told me I have no supervisor. I asked him if he was the owner and he told me no but he reports to the owner. I have been in the military almost 30 years and been toa lot of places and dealt with a lot of people but never have I paid over $6000 for a product to be treated like garbage. Just a few other things I was told on the phone was I should just get somebody else at my house when they deliver the doors if I cant take time off??? Who does that?? Then he asked if I still even wanted my doors delivered?? Strange question since I gave a deposit of $2000 and you already told me the doors were made and I had to buy them, I guess he just planned on keeping my $2000 and selling doors to somebody else...I did not want to write my review right away because I wanted to do my research and what I have found is I am not the first person to have Customer Service problems there. So if you like to spend a lot of money and be treated like garbage, I recommend AAPCO, otherwise please go somewhere else. On a side note, I did speak to the owner and he was very nice, I guess just not a very hands on owner if he has individuals like this working for him.

Quality work. Excellent foreman. However, had I known distance workers traveled (200+ miles round trip) probably would not have hired AAPCO.

They did a good replacing the door and framing. It looks good.

AAPCO. Class A license. Great friendly customer service. The product composition, installation and fantastic warranty was most compelling and convincing selling points. My retired military discount was huge and much appreciated. Already considering my next project with them. Roof replacement. Very professional installation. Thanks.

This was a wonderful company to work with. They arrived at the time specified or before.. When there was a minor miscommunication it was resolved immediately to my satisfaction. Everyone with whom I had contact went above and beyond to satisfy my requirements. I highly recommend this company and will be contacting them again when I am ready to do my next project.

Very efficient. When they didn't finish the first day, they covered the roof with tarps, which was a good thing because we had a thunderstorm that night. The sales representative presented the options, but did not use high pressure sales tactics. If there was some thing that I thought didn't look right, they fixed it. Ronnie and his crew that did the gutters were very good.

After an initial ordering mistake by the salesperson, they corrected the mistake and came through with flying colors. The guys did an excellent job at a reasonable price and the house looks great!

The crew was very knowageable and they cleaned up after each day of work. We still have a few issues pertaining to repairs like one screen door for one of the storm doors was damaged when it arrived on the truck and the storm doors were supposed to have double side locks and they had to be ordered and so far that hasn't happened. But overall I'm very with the windows and the service.

The job is only half done right now, but it looks like we are not getting what we expected. The salesman lead us to believe that the siding had insulation backing built into it. It does not. The guys doing the job are great. The reason we chose this company is because the quality of the siding sounded better. It is not.

We received excellent service and would recommend them to anyone need a new roof or repairs.

The job they did looks great. they were a like hard on the plants around the house but that can be fix very essly.

The work was done quick and to my liking, but I wish at the end of the project the workers would go over everything that was done such as for my roof was there any damage to plywood and if so how much was replaced? I was charged for 2 pieces ahead of time just would be nice to know. Just prepare yourself this isn't a bargain price roofing company.

They offered the most competitive price. There were a few issues during installation (one window too small & one cosmetic install issue). But I called Customer Service and they came out to remedy the issues within a few days. The customer service was excellent. I'm very pleased with the product (new windows) and the installation was good. Overall, not perfect but very pleased.

The work was done in a timely manner. Everyone was couretous and friendly. Worked well considering all of the weather problems.
