house cleaning
+ -1 moreThey said they wouldn?t throw anything out, but they threw everything out or stole it. They ruined and/or stole my furniture and crystal and silver. My neighbors will verify they moved my possessions into the yard, they would cover it some nights, others times they didn't even cover my things. Luckily I live in a good neighborhood and nothing was stolen from my yard. They left me with a couple of knives and a mismatched set of a teaspoon and a couple of tablespoons and fork and a salad fork. There were 7-9 people here at the same time, and they wouldn?t let me in my house. Sometimes they would work late into the night. They were here from Aug. 1 st ? Aug. 10 th. They stole wedding albums and other pictures I cannot replace.
Description of Work: They cleaned out my home after my husband passed away.

+ -1 moreI was very disappointed with their services and had to leave my house house while they performed these services. I feel like they were very dishonest in their assessment of my home and how they took care of cleaning my belongings.
Description of Work: A-1 came out and help clean up my house after my husband's death. They removed all of my furniture and placed in my front yard, uncovered. They repainted all of my walls white and re-stained my floors a dark color. They then replaced my furniture, but they scratched my furniture when they returned to its' rightful place. They threw out a lot of my furniture and belongings without my permission. I am missing a lot of my summer clothing, dining room set, fur coats, and a sofa sleeper. They threw away or stole many items of crystal, silverware and very important paper work.
