My experiences with them have been fine. The same technician comes out every time and he's funny and he knows his stuff. He's very proficient at his craft. I appreciate that. They have very low prices and they do good work.
Description of Work: They did an annual inspection and servicing of my air conditioning and heating system. They do this once a year for me.

They made a $20,000 contract. I gave them $10,000 upfront and he didn't finish anything. They came and did only a little work. After that, they didn't show up. For three months, I was waiting and waiting. My house was supposed to be done in August or September, but I didn't get into it until December or January.
Description of Work: I had a contract with them in building my home.

My husband and I were connected with Williams and Fogg via our Home Warranty company when our upstairs air conditioner stopped working. Initially, Williams and Fogg responded quickly and seemed to remedy the problem. Unfortunately, the system stopped working again a few days later. Again, Williams and Fogg responded quickly. Unfortunately, it did not go well from there. Due to delays on our Home Warranty company's part, as well as Williams and Fogg, we were without a functioning air conditioner for over a month. I tried repeatedly to contact Williams and Fogg on my own as well as via my Home Warranty company. There was SIGNIFICANT miscommunication between Williams and Fogg and myself. Without notice, their technicians would call and expect me to be available for them to come to the house: again, without prior understanding that they were coming on a specific day or time. I spoke to the front office staff and technicians almost daily for a month trying to figure things out, but was thoroughly unsuccessful. Informaiton and messages that I left with the front office staff never reached the technicians and vice versa. When I finally spoke with the owner, he quickly raised his voice and became defensive. He did not take the time to try to understand why I was frustrated, and he did not try to work with me to come up with a solution/game plan. He blamed me for all problems/delays that were encountered, and didn't stop yelling long enough to listen to my side of the story. I was utterly flabbergasted at the lack of customer service, the unprofessional treatment that I received, and the unfortunate raising of voices that ensued. Needless to say, just over a month later, a technician finally was at our house to finish the project. I found working with Williams and Fogg to be incredibly frustrating, stressful, riddled with miscommunication/or lack thereof, and I would not recommend this company.
Description of Work: Williams and Fogg replaced a broken compressor in our air conditioning unit. We were connected with this company via our Home Warranty company.
