Mike came on 2 different occasions to offer some suggestions for my basement sump. He was very professional & helpful. He gave me a quote for expanding the area of my existing sump pump & adding a floor drain which would be piped to the sump. The 3 men came the morning they said they would. The first to arrive was Chris(foreman/supervisor) who also was very nice & professional. A little later the 2 workers showed up who jack hammered the concrete around my existing sump & installed a super sump pump kit. Also, they installed a 9" x 9" box floor drain in the concrete which was piped to the sump. Afterwards they back filled around the sump & over the pipe with gravel then put down a plastic vapor barrier, & then some new concrete to finish it off. It looks very good & I am very happy with the work.

Aand or did an excellent job. We would definitely hire them again.

A and R waterproof hand dug out the exterior wall (20 feet long) to our basement about 5 feet deep. They patched the cracks in the wall, applied waterproof material to the wall, installed French drain to divert the water and regraded the soil so it no longer sloped to the wall. The also installed a Sunhouse window enclosure. Their crew was extremely hard working and our yard looked like no one had been there. They laid all the dirt they dug on tarps and reinstalled grass were they trenches for French drain. Project took 2.5 days and We couldn't be happier with the result. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a home project!

It went well. They were very responsive to our concerns, and explained their approach well. There price was in the middle of four estimates we obtained, But we went with Aand R because of their professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to listen to us.

They were very professional , friendly and they did an excellent job. We called them a few years later panicked during a storm because we thought our sump pump was not working (it was) and they actually offered to come over to help us. They were able to help me over the phone. I highly recommend this company.

We have not had any water problems since. They did the job immaculately. They hauled in small rocks and put it around all 4 corners of the crawlspace and there wasn't any spilling outside after the work was done. When the hurricane came this past fall, they were not responsive; that did bother me. I can tell if the battery backup was working or not, I called them, and they didn't call until after the storm. What they said was that they were so busy and it turned out that we didn't have any water problems; it was just that I was scared. I was a little unhappy about that, but they did get back to me. They wanted a $100 to come out and check the systems which didn't please me a whole lot, but the system that they have put in has worked for us. Their price was good.
