 + 0 morefinished garden, power washing was half done, dirt left in places bent gutters and now I have a waterfall over deck that runs into garden ,dirt left in sidelites collecting money ahead of time over charged. Project started in April this is Oct. and he never returned to finish the job never stained the gazebo.
