Excellent. Tenants were notified lease was due with a small increase in rent. They responded, agrred and signed with more than 90 days remaining on the existing lease. I am very happy with the prompt and professional manner of Peabody. My premises are looked after very well.

We have had our single family house managed by Peabody for the past 7 years (since mid-2012). We have dealt with them through tenant turnover, new tenant move-in, periodic inspections, routine maintenance, etc. It is nice to have someone to trust when you are out of the area. They have been responsive to our requests - special kudos to Glenn and Becky for promptness in responding and looking after our needs. I have found that their level of thoroughness has improved over the time that we have worked with them - I have been impressed with their promptness in getting the property inspected periodically to make sure there are no issues. I love Peabody Residential! They are consistently awesome, providing great services as tenants transition onto new leases. They take care of the details well ahead of the lease expiration to ensure both the tenants and myself as owner have plenty of time to do careful reviews, figure out payment options, and get the new paperwork signed. This company is exceptional! All their business processes are on-line and pertinent information is available to the property owner any time it is needed. They are highly professional, always being on top of any situation with the property. Communications between the company and the home owner are always quick, comprehensive, responsive and decisive. Management of issues with the property are handled with immediacy, and a sense of urgency. They take important measures to form a positive relationship with the tenants. I would not hesitate to use them to manage my property.

They have been doing a great job! Every minor complaint from the tenants was promptly addressed and reported to us and we were able to respond to our tenants much more quickly with Peabody's help. Now all is quiet and everyone seems happy, and so we are, too.

Peabody did a great job and earned every penny.. They found us great tenants, negotiated good leases, and did all the normal things one would expect from a good management company. One thing not usually noted in these reviews is their assistance in helping us set a rental value for our house. It seemed to hit the sweet spot in the market. Becky Viniar was especially helpful over the years resolving any questions I might have, and Peabody's on line presence kept us easily informed and involved in management decisions.

Very responsive. Most recently, Nathan helped me to present a new lease proposal to current tenants. He reviewed the history with the tenant and made suggestions. I was pleased with the outcome.

It's like having a personal buffer between me and any rental issues. I love it. One quick note, almost all correspondence with Peabody is done electronically (emails, web portal, uploads, digital signature, etc.). But with that said, Peabody Residential always replies to inquires on the same business day. I highly recommend them.
