Description of Work: I initially hired Peabody to rent out my house and then decided to sell it, keeping Tino Peabody as my realtor. Unfortunately, we had a contract fall through due to a gas issue. During this time, Tino and his team worked diligently to help with the gas issue (Tino slept in his car outside of my house one night waiting for the gas company because I live out of state - the gas company never showed up). Although the buyer eventually backed out, Tino and his team have continued to work hard for me with their attempts at selling my house. They keep me posted on when there are showings and Tino has been patient with the process. Despite this being a stressful situation, Tino and his team have put my mind at ease on several occasions with their kindness and empathy and have reassured me they will do what it takes to sell my home. Living out of state and trying to sell a house is tough, but I am glad I have Tino in my corner. I highly recommend them to anyone e looking for property management/real estate services.

Description of Work: Peabody Residential has managed our rental property for over a year now, and are doing a great job! Every minor complaint from the tenants was promptly addressed and reported to us and we were able to respond to our tenants much more quickly with Peabody's help. Now all is quiet and everyone seems happy, so we are, too.

Description of Work: They managed my rental property in Leesburg, Virginia, while I reside in Western New York. Cost is based on a percentage of the monthly rent proceeds. They also arrange for any needed repair, prepare end of year tax documents and do inspections of the property. I was very please with their services.

Description of Work: They evaluated my condo and potential rental rates; arranged for painting and cleaning; advertized for and screened tenants; arranged for a handy person to make repairs requested by the tenants; and continue to be my agent. Their on-line system for requests and financials is useful and easy.

Description of Work: Peabody - best in show, in terms of residential property management.. Responsive, professional, reasonable, proactive, and diligent. They were able to rent my Fairfax condo in under 60 days and get a year lease - they ask for a nominal deposit for repairs (I gave $1000 - I believe they required $750 - ) and are point - all required federal and state paperwork easily accessible, any issues or future needs communicated appropriately. AND they take care of any rentor issues that may arise. Ideal for anyone leaving the area. Do your homework before hiring ANYONE to help you rent your propery, but always keep Peabody in mind. These guys are no joke.and will help you to no end.

Led by Tino, it was the only property management group I had any interest in inquiring about after our terrible experience with a prior, non-performing property management group -- and believe me, I looked around! Description of Work: Tino is really fantastic. I called him to inquire about property management in takoma park. As it turns out he doesn't work in the area any longer. Nonetheless he turned my call promptly and went the extra mile to refere me to a reputable company that does work in my area. He even called the company to help me negotiate a lower rate! I have been very happy with the referal and am so appreciative for Tino's help. His commitment to customer service is truly exceptional I can only imagine how he must treat his paying clients!

Description of Work: Tino was extremely professional, helpful, and responsive to all my questions. Unfortunately, his service did not cover my area, but he was able to refer me to someone he knew. I would strongly recommend contacting Tino if you need property management services. Even, if he cannot service your property, he can at least help you find someone who can.

Description of Work: Tino and Richard Haddad are the property managers my apartment. They found an excellent tenant and took care of all of the maintenance that needed to be completed before the tenant moved in. They did all of this for less than other property managers and contractors charge.
